Games World Eastland

Staff went above and beyond today to help my kid exchange birthday gifts they received that were purchased from here. Will be recommending this shop for future birthday wish list. Very helpful and able to handle a complicated request while being calm.

Large store with lots of products. Was able to find almost the entire Catan product range and a lot of new games. Friendly staff as well.

Fairly decent selection of tabletop entertainment products.

Over priced.brought one of there $80 model kits for $19 online and $10 postage. If you can wait 5 days for postal delivery then this is the way to go. $60 mark up is to much for me.

What a horrible customer experience. Bought a game from Eastland store and it doesn’t work properly. We brought the item back and ask for a refund or exchange/store credit, the store manager said it’s not a faulty item, they can’t do anything about it. We checked their online/store return & refund policy, the item must be in the original packaging! Given we opened the plastic bag and hence they can’t resell and don’t accept at all. The store manager told us to contact the manufacture and ask for a refund. Her customer service and attitude was extremely rude, horrible and arrogant. Won’t go back again.

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful and know their games. The new large store is much nicer to shop in.

Dealt with Michelle over the phone. She was fantastic to deal with and reserved a few items I wanted. I usually get cold answers over the phone regarding trading cards and she was a delight. Really appreciate her level of service and she's a credit to the shop. Cheers

They have a good range of games.
My baseline is: if the sell a Canasta card deck, they are at least a proper games shop.

AWESOME range of CHESS boards.i wish they had an online game of chess that people vs each other online
and where you can stake money.

A lot of games and puzzles. I would love the stock to be updated more regularly as I've gone in a few times lately to find new games but not many games have been added to the collection. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Games World is awesome. Love the variety and also the obscurity of some products here. Prices are on the expensive side but it's great to come here for birthday/Christmas lists and then buying when on sale. Staff seemed nice enough.

Expensive for some things, but they have a good range and great staff. Their variety of items is wonderful, they have classic board games and more niche ones, D&D items, adult games, puzzles, trading cards, models and paint, nano blocks and more. Their staff is always friendly and eager to help

Great selection and friendly/knowledgeable staff. Games shops like this are increasingly hard to find, but we found something for everyone in the family here, great shop.

Great scale model kits for beginners, some larger advance kits are available along with a selection of paints and brushes.
Kits are up to date, only a few select brands as the store is not primarily a scale model shop. It has other pre built models and assorted puzzles and contemporary board games etc Customer service is always great, helpful and friendly.

CAUTION DO NOT BUY! This place is so over priced $60 for cranium where as it’s $25 at Kmart. Even Myer had it for $20 cheaper then they do! The customer service is also horrible! They offer no help, I’m pretty sure they didn’t even read my emails if I’m to be honest. Would never buy from Games World again and will be warning everyone I know to stay away from this extremely over priced and unhelpful store. Honestly think 1 star is too generous to give them.
