Galaxy Pool Lounge is the best place for pool. So happy for the reopen what amazing beautiful changes to the place we missed this place so much!
They have the most friendliest staff, very spacious and clean environment so happy couldn’t get any better than this.

The vibes are amazing at galaxy, the music was great and friendly staff. Love the new renovations!

A lounge with pool? That's galaxy brain. I guess that's why it's called galaxy pool lounge.

These people said they are gonna open in May and it's June already. Massively disappointed.

Good place to spend ur time. The lounge Includes 8 ball table as well as snooker table. Overall good.

Great place to have fun playing pool. But the quality of balls and cues are not that much good. They need to renew the balls.

It's one of the amazing places to hang out. Alcohol is prohibited which is the best part; therefore, it's a peaceful place.

Initially, we were looking for Snooker and found this place. It's spacious and have heaps of pool and snooker tables. It's pretty well-mantained place.

Galaxy Pool is great to have nearby, although they don't serve alcohol, which is understandable, but then they don't have a smokers either.
Both these activities are synonymous with pool for me and Galaxy Pool provides neither.

The quintessence of a good business is one that provides the service it promises, makes its customers feel welcomed and comfortable, and leaves its customers satisfied and wanting to return and tell their friends about the place. Galaxy Pool is not that. It is well and truly above and beyond the best pool place in Melbourne and in my experience, probably all of Aus. The tables are in great condition, but it is not the pool that sold me on Galaxy.
The whole team; Brax, Anderson, Anna and the lovely managing lady, make every effort to make their customers happy and their time enjoyable, and are always up for a game or a chat.
I’ve been everywhere in Melbourne and Galaxy takes the cake thanks alone to the brilliant staff and vibes!

Went during the stated hours, but it wasn't open. Tried to call and clarify. No one answered the phone. Disappointing day over all.

Good place to have a game with friends without the loud music playing in background like some pool lounges

Plenty of tables and cues to go around which are of decent quality. Some arcade machines available for extra entertainment, pay per use of course.

On 26th March 2019 between 9 to 11pm Staff girls played a animal mating video on TV and making fun out of customer's reactions. Its really disappointing because there was some small kids as well.

Had a very bad ripping experience, they charged me $40 for 57 minutes not even a hour.
