The lady thst done my nails was very rude and very aggressive and she also got very angry with ne when things didnt go her way i will never go back back

Messiest nails I’ve ever gotten went back to see if they could fix for me and they just turned me away do not recommend going here

The first time random come to a nails salon on boring day. Had tried some their service. Quit happy all the jobs they did. Thanks Luci had done my SNS done and other girls friendly.

Do not come here to get waxed, they charged me 25$ just to miss soo much hair, she was slapping my leg with wax not rubbing it to get all of it in and then left so much excess on my legs, soo very disappointed

I had sns done, (very very thin) three nails broken in three stays. Went back to have them reapplied, only reapplied the three when I asked her to do all of them again.
Don’t waste your time here, they rip you off!

Rude staff talking in there languages and yell on customer if they asking for something no patience and I also done my feet nail but wasn’t done properly shellac remove next day very disappointed

Worse pedicure ever. Made my toe bleed just from buffing. They rushed it and did not do it half properly. Never again. BEWARE

Hi Guys. Im Kelly from Galaxy Nails. I was old owner at Galaxy Nails Frankston before but I had been sold the Galaxy Nails at Frankston to new owner 2 months ago. And i have been back to work full time at Galaxy Nails Langwarrin Plaza now. So Galaxy Nails Frankston is not my shop anymore, im so sorry for all the happening and thank you for your support since last 5 years.

I attempted to have my nails done 3 times at this business and every single time there has only been 2-3 customers and they advise there is NO wait time. Every single time I have waited more than 30 minutes and I have ended up leaving - EVERY time. Ridiculous service - just tell the truth about wait times.

Nails rushed and final result not good. Plus I’ve discovered I was cut on my toes twice - on my big toe and under the nail of my little toe!

Wow. I don’t think I’ve ever walked away from a nail salon so disappointed. No attention to detail. Basic skill like shaping a nail didn’t exist. Definitely not coming back.

I had pedicure and sns. First with my pedicure they didnt clean or disinfect the chair. My nails are not filed well its not straight they didnt even bother to clean even a little bit of my finger nails.they just quickly put the sns and done. The service is not good.

I had just gotten a full set of SNS with tips just before we had gone into lockdown.
Everything was sweet and fine once I left I went on about my day and I did what I needed to do, not even 1 hour in I had already broken 2 tips off my nails resulting in my natural nail being broken.
This was my first time coming here because my usual place was closed and I couldn't get to them in time.
I was very very disappointed because I really liked them and it was a cute set.
I will not come back here due to the soul purpose that they break easy and because it was just poor quality.
Very nice staff though and very very welcoming when I walked in.

So disappointing. I've been going to this salon since late 2020 and was pretty happy with the service and quality of the nail service. Today, I walked in, was told to come back in 20 mins, which I did. I sat for another 30 mins waiting only to have someone who walked in 10 mins after me get tended to. I had to ask for a nail colour sample wheel which another client got for me. No care or service. Such a shame. I won't be coming back.
