Once again pleasure walking into this store staff are great and they look after you recommend highly plus great looking furniture is another bonus

I normally don't ever post any reviews, however under these circumstances I have to totally agree with the other poor reviews for this store. I went into Gainesville today with genuine intentions of spending $4000-$5000 on a bed that I liked, however, the arrogance in the approach of the sales people there including being made to feel like a burden, led me to lose all interest in passing over one cent to these ignorant individuals. This company would be doubling their profits if their sales people's attitudes were skilled in customer service.

High quality furniture but customer service absolutely terrible they're not too instersted in selling. I always buy my furniture here and never going back here again.

Staff are absolutely atrocious. Unprofessional and too interested in sitting around chit chatting rather than helping potential customers.

Customer service skill should be improved, Zero care and once you bought from them, they have no interests to talk to you again.

We had a wonderful experience with Gainesville furniture. The delivery of our new bedroom furniture was delayed due to COVID but the team at Gainesville kept in touch with regular updates throughout. The furniture has now arrived, was fully assembled by the Gainesville team and we love it.

Service was great. Quality of furniture looks equally great. Loved that staff could accommodate my needs for a clear coat in stead of stained on the Ash colour table we ordered. + They are a local family owned business, will always support this kind of business!

A very large area totally filled with furniture at reasonable prices for the top quality it is.

The delivery is on time, but we were very unhappy about the way they handle the furniture, it is a expensive furniture for us, they didn't care much when moving it, crashed a couple of times onto the wall left a few marks.

Very different from what we expected, it seems like they almost put a different furniture in the store, the one we received is very rough, but I guess we a low end furniture store we shouldn't expect too much.

I purchased a bed and mattress a few months ago. Very happy with product so far but I had a query about something staff said was included with mattress and that I didn't receive. Have phoned twice and emailed and I have no resolution. Disappointing as I was hoping to purchase a dining table there at some stage. The after sales aspect is definitely not up to standard. Delivery crew were excellent.

L purchased a Aria 2.5 leather sofa in slate grey on 25/11/17 (clearance sale) and was delivered today 5/12/17 to Lilydale on time, delivery was as good as you can get.very happy with sofa.leather looks, feels and smells great, nothing more l can say but thanks.

Useless service, I tried ringing twice and both times no one would answer the phone, I just got voice messages. How hopeless can you get?
