I was a bit nervous about taking my laptop in, since I had a laptop ruined by a workshop in the past. I am now very happy with the result. Sam was very friendly, and took the time to explain to me what was likely wrong with my charging port and what they could do to fix it. I felt very confident leaving my laptop with them. It's been a few weeks, and now I can't even tell the laptop ever had an issue. I'll definitely be coming back if I have any more issues.

Shocking business, incredibly unhelpful and rude staff, all I was trying to do was understand my issue and I was yelled at unnecessarily and made to feel stupid. Staff were condescending and I felt like a burden

I recently had my laptop's screen fixed by Sam's company, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The timing couldn't have been worse as I was about to move to another city in just a couple of days.

Honest, quick and more than reasonable price for computer and Mac repairs. New battery replaced in Mac for $120, job done in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had a specialised data cable where the connection plug needed soldering, no shop would even look at it for me. The guys had it back working in under 24 hrs, Brilliant service!

Gadgetfix replaced the speakers in a MacBook pro. Good value and very professional service. Sam was good to deal with.

Did a top notch job replacing the optical drive in my PS4. I've had a chance to put it through its paces and is now running great. Seems like they also cleaned out the dust while the unit was apart as it is running much quieter. The guys were really friendly in person and the price was quite good.

The communication during the repair process could have been a bit better. I had to follow them up after a couple of weeks to find out we were waiting on a part.

The electronic selector module in the otherwise reliable Mercedes C200 developed a fault that locked the gearshift lever. Car had to be towed back home. Mercedes Melbourne wanted $1800 + labour to replace the complete gear shift assembly, and couldn't sell me just the electronics module. Thanks to YouTube I managed to take out the electronics board and took it to Gadgetfix to reflow the solder joints. They went out of their way to fix the board in under an hour, and did an excellent job of the repair! All's well now with the Merc thanks to Gadgetfix. Many thanks for fixing the board! Much appreciated and I would highly recommended these brilliant technicians! Cheers, Vincent
