The worst experience in my life, was texting the guy for a few days told him l would be down from the northern suburbs on a certain day and time. Got there and the product did not exist, tried to upsell to a dearer model.
Extremely poor and not acceptable.
Buy from this business at your own risk.

I went there today and had a great experience, had a great selection to pick from and they have a variance of choices.

Sahil is attentive and helpful as well as friendly.they keep their promise to deliver the item as we agreed, which a big plus:)

What a shocking experience. Was given a quote online which was not honoured in store. Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced; the two blokes working there started arguing in another language about the price I was quoted, completely ignoring me for what seemed an eternity. I'd say go elsewhere, even if you have to pay a little extra, 50 bucks isn't worth the poor experience. 2 stars for the resonable price.

We got a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and TV from this shop. We weren't expecting to get everything here, but the price and quality were fabulous. We even needed appliances with nonstandard sizes and they helped us find what we needed. They helped load everything into our van and were quite friendly.

We've had the appliances a few weeks now, and everything is working great.

Brought a Tcl 75inch Qled tv really happy with quality and service little scratch on screen but got tv at great price

Cheap appliances but at a cost of the worst customer service.

Ignores you when you are talking also gets you to park in no stand by areas to pick up larger appliances.
Place was cramped with appliances labelled with a piece of paper that sometimes had the wrong information and price.

Noticed that the insides of the Dryer was quite dusty that was full of lint and water as well.

Will update to see if the appliance will last.

Never buy anything from this shop. Completely waste of money. They don't care about product. They will ask to mail if you get any fault and never reply to mail. In this way they spend their 6months warranty timeframe and when you call them they say we just give 3 months warranty. I bought washing machine and fridge from them. Washing machine was faulty from the day 1. I called them asap and they asked me to mail. I mailed them as well but no response. NOW IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL.shameless money minded people.

The worst place to shop from. We are trying to speak to the sales person, doesn’t even acknowledge us, as we’re talking walks away. Beyond rude. Here we are coming for the second time to actually purchase from these guys, but they were so rude that we ended up just taking off. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Maybe try being nicer to people next time.

Absolute worst customer service I've experienced. I bought a washer dryer combo that was faulty. The drying function didn't work at all, an error message showed on screen. It took 1 month for them to organise a replacement. No apology was given in person. All communication was via message. No reimbursement was given for the inconvenience but a 12 month warranty instead of their standard 6 months was provided so that's something at least. So far the replacement machine is functioning 100% so I can't fault the product, but their customer service was poor.

Amazing products at reasonable rates and very hospitable staff. Loved to shop here and I would recommend this further to everyone as well.

Got an amazing deal on a heat pump dryer.which was 50 percent less than the market price. Would highly recommend these guys

Avoid this place at all cost! They were dishonest, stole parts off of my phone and although advertised as original, have fake brands. I have had the worst, most frustrating experience with the owner/staff. I visited G Smith around 3 months ago with a broken iPhone screen. They advised that the replacement was an original until I compared it to my partner's and it was noticeably, a lower standard. They 'took my number', committed to ordering the original part and after 8 weeks and maybe 20 phone calls and promises that they placed an order, I finally went back to the store only to be told that they were never going to place it and never saved my number. I took it to another shop for replacement only to find out that they had removed parts and never returned it. I will be making a complaint to the ACCC.

Horrible service. They are never there and wrecked my phone and it is not turning on. They are VERY rude. They ripped all of the parts out of my phone and blamed it on me. They said that they cannot fix it even though we had a three month warranty. I first noticed it not working 1 week after it was fixed! He turned my phone dark where i could barely see anything and put a fake battery inside the phone so i can no longer use my iPhone XR! They also put a fake back on and pulled the wireless charger out. They said that we did not ask for a real back and said it was not possible to leave the wireless charger in. They never said that to me before I changed the back. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I just got a washing machine for my home at comparitively cheap rate and it's working great!
