Gabrielle offers an incredibly unique and specialised service. I saw her twice in my late pregnancy to help get my baby into an optimal position for labour. This helped me physically, but also mentally, knowing I was taking a proactive step towards my goal of a homebirth. Gabrielle also did bodywork to support my pelvic girdle pain, and gave me some effective take home stretches. I highly recommend her services.

Words can not even start to express my gratitude for Gabrielles services, not only was she able to perfectly align my body to prep me for my succesful VBAC delivery but also impart valuable knowledge on positioning and stretches to help with pregnancy aches and pain. After our sessions my body always felt so much more comfortable. Bodywork with Gabrielle was an essential part of my care team and was worth every cent. I cannot recommend her enough. Mummas do yourself a favour and book your first session you won't regret it.

I was recommended to see Gabbi by my midwife for a labour body work session when I was 39 weeks pregnant and my baby was not yet engaged. After one session, my baby started to drop and was fully engaged a couple of days post session. One week on, I delivered our baby after a great labour and positive birthing experience. I absolutely appreciate the work that Gabbi did for us, setting baby and myself up for a fantastic transition into this new season. Thank you so much Gabbi!

I cannot recommend Gabrielle enough, especially driving over an hour to undergo her sessions. Her demeanour is friendly, caring and ready to assist you with any pregnancy ache or pain, plus help prepare your body to get baby into the best position. I had two sessions from 35 weeks before successfully achieving an unmedicated VBAC at 39 weeks, which meant the world to me after experiencing birth trauma from my older daughter’s birth. She helped ease some breathing difficulty from tight rib fascia with a simple and effective technique, which allowed my baby to effectively drop into the pelvis. She also eased front pelvic pain with another simple painless technique. She is a blessing to pregnant people and worth the journey!

I’ll be eternally grateful for Gabrielle’s guidance and support during my pregnancy. With a toddler in tow, doing Zoom classes at a convenient time ensured I was able to attend weekly classes in the convenience of my home. Each class was tailored specifically for my needs and left me feeling stronger and energised rather than exhausted. Gabrielle’s knowledge and philosophy around birth was such a gift and ensured that I was physically stronger but also empowered approaching labour. Not only did I finish each class fitter, I felt confident and excited about what my body was designed to do. I can’t thank Gabrielle enough for all that she did for me and cannot recommend her and her expertise more highly.

I am so grateful for Gabrielle, for the longest time I have been searching high and low for a PT who GETS women, mothers & pregnancy. Gabrielle is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. I started at 15 weeks, I am now 21 weeks and feeling strong and I am getting to know my body better than I ever have before. I will continue all throughout my pregnancy and postpartum (basically for as long as Gabrielle will have me as a client). You’re the best Gabrielle, appreciate you SO MUCH! X

I’m SO grateful to have stumbled across Gabrielle’s Instagram account just before I got pregnant, meaning I have been able to benefit from her sessions since I was only about 5 weeks! I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and have been seeing Gabrielle twice a week. She has kept me motivated to remain active throughout my pregnancy and I thoroughly enjoy each and every session! I have noticed an increase in my overall strength and mobility and have gained so much knowledge from Gabrielle. She always starts our session by checking in with how my body is feeling and my energy levels so as to cater the session to my needs. Each session concludes with core work, an area in which I have experienced significant improvement. Gabrielle has really helped me to connect with my pelvic floor and I now have excellent control over my deep lower abdominal muscles. In addition to helping me prepare physically for labour, birth and postpartum, Gabrielle’s midwifery knowledge has been invaluable. She is always willing to answer any questions I have around pregnancy, labour and birth and I have loved our many in-depth chats! I highly recommend Gabrielle to anyone who is pregnant or postpartum. Her sessions are really reasonably priced and there are very few PTs around with her expert knowledge in the field of pregnancy, birth and postpartum!

I've been seeing Gabrielle for gym classes since I was 10 weeks pregnant (now 34 weeks). Gabrielle's knowledge and experience has made me feel confident to exercise safety during pregnancy!

Have been going to Gabrielle fot 1: 1 PT classes since the very beginning of my pregnancy from the time I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. I'm in my 3rd trimester now and so glad to be on this journey with her. Gabrielle has been so amazing and accommodating with whatever it is that I needed to work on as part of this journey. I highly recommend it to all the pregnant women out there!

My partner and I completed a series of one-on-one childbirth education classes with Gabrielle in the lead up to the birth of our first child. Gabrielle is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in her education, pacing things to our needs and providing practical advice and tools along the way. With Gabrielle’s help we felt prepared and empowered when discussing birth plans with hospital medical staff to advocate for our wishes where needed. She was flexible, responsive and extremely affordable. Highly recommend working with Gabrielle to all parents to be!

I love my one on one PT sessions with Gabrielle. Her style is very unique in that she focuses on weight based functional movements which have an impact on everyday life. I walk away feeling strong but not sore or in pain! She is great fun and just an easy going friendly person to train with. I couldn’t recommend her more.

We had a private birth mapping session with Gabrielle and it really helped me to understand what my options were for birth and how to communicate with the hospital and birth team. It was also very informative and engaging for my birth partner/support person who now feels more able to support and advocate for my needs during labour. Highly recommend!

I contacted Gabrielle at the last minute (40+ weeks) for some advice regarding a very high positioned baby. We arranged a one-on-one session the next day and she left me feeling really empowered to advocate for myself within the public hospital setting. I have much clearer idea of some pathways I can follow in the next few weeks if things don't go to plan! We then went through some specific stretches for me and activities that I can do not only now but when I (hopefully!) go into labour. She was super friendly and supportive in listening to my concerns and was so generous and clear with her sharing her knowledge! I wish I found her earlier in my pregnancy (and have some hospital choice regret.those who have her as a midwife are lucky!)! I'd highly recommend her services to all birthing people out there!

We have such gratitude for our experience working with Gabrielle. As the primary support person, I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed prior to our meetings. After 4 sessions, I feel calm and capable of handling many of the situations that may arise during our birth. Gabrielle is extremely insightful and patient, and is inspired to share invaluable wisdom which seems to be almost completely neglected by the medical system, to it's detriment. Anyone lucky enough to work with her will be armed with appropriate knowledge and an array of simple yet profound techniques to deal with the unpredictability of the birth journey. If you are looking to avoid unnecessary medical intervention, and wish to learn how to trust the intelligence of your or your partner's body in birth, then I cannot recommend Gabrielle enough.

I have been working out with Gabby since the end of my first trimester. I have loved the classes and how attentive Gabby is during the workout to any pregnancy pains I might experience during an exercise. I fully believe being active during my pregnancy has helped me have a nice pregnancy free of things like back pain or tight muscles. I have also found the private one on one classes extremely helpful and informative as Gabby is very knowledgeable. I feel much more prepared for birth/labour. Gabby also covered what to expect for the 1st week with bub which has been great. Highly recommend

Did a private class and loved it! Had some back pain early during this pregnancy so it was really good to get stretches and exercises specifically for me. Went from struggling to just do simple chores around the house to enjoying exercise again! Only just gotten into my third trimester now but definitely worth it, can’t imagine how bad the back pain would have gotten if I didn’t do anything about it. Definitely recommend she’s fantastic!

At roughly 26 weeks pregnant I started experiencing pain in my pelvic area/pubic bone that I hadn’t had during my first pregnancy.
I did a private session with Gabrielle to see if she could recommend some exercises/stretches that could help alleviate the discomfort and/or help strengthen the muscles in that region to help with the discomfort and to prep the muscles better for birth.
She gave me 5+ stretches & exercies and each one we tried I could feel immediately hitting the areas that were bothering me. Like the classes I’ve done previously, she adapts the exercises to suit you. Gabrielle clearly knows what she’s talking about if you feel the exercises working in the troublesome spots that quickly!
Grateful to have some ways to make the next 10 weeks easier as I grow and put more pressure on my pelvic area.
Would 110% recommend a private class if you’re struggling with any discomfort in pregnancy or even post partum as the exercises really do help and the private time with Gabrielle means it’s tailored solely to your own situation.

Gabrielle was amazing and shared so much knowledge on child birth. As a first time mum I was always scared about vaginal birth and labour Myself and my partner attended Gabis class and I felt so much confident and came out of fear. Her breathing techniques really helped me to get pass the early labour stage without any pain relief and had a normal delivery. My partner exactly knew how to support and overall had a positive birth story. We both were well informed on stages and what to expect. I can't thank her enough and highly recommend her class especially for first time mums.
