I just completed my Providing First Aid course at FYI. Neil, the teacher, was extremely friendly, super considerate and overall provided an enjoyable experience. Thanks to Ned, the application and completion process was smooth, especially considering I applied on such short notice. The online modules for this course were provided easily with great instructions, thanks to a use-friendly portal and comprehensive modules to learn from. Overall, would recommend completing your course with FYI as you will get the support you need and experience a seamless process.

Nad and Andrea were extremely supportive throughout my course, offering encouragement and assistance along the way. They were always very prompt with replying to emails and accomodating my specific needs in regards to placement. I would highly recommend them and would definitely study through FYI again because of their warm and caring nature.

I found studying with FYITraining for my Certificate III in Individual Support and Disabilty Specializations and my Certificate IV in Leisure and Health to be a most fulfilling and rewarding experience. Trainors and staff were friendly and supportive and a very inspiring time was had by all. Brilliant!

FYI is a great place to study. The staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable. They are quick to get back to you if you have any questions or need help with anything and my teacher Nad makes classes fun too.

Nad is my trainer she's amazing and supportive. Nad is easy going and her teaching approach, you understand more walking away from her classes.
Everyone at FYI are welcoming and friendly. They always keep us updated with placement and first aid training. You get that feeling of there doors are always open & you can always approach them with any queries.
Best thing I did was study with FYI. I come from Mickleham & go to Lalor they are worth the petrol (even though it's gone up).

My experience with FYI Education is nothing but the best! When you walk in their door, you can feel the positive energy that they all bring, always accommodating and ready to answer your queries. I am not a tech savvy but I didn't have any issues navigating my online learning. Shout out to my trainer Nad Tabit, she makes sure that I am on top of my assessments and clearly explains any questions I will have on a timely manner.

FYI Training Centre have competent trainers and effective teachers that will make learning easier add to that their very warm and welcoming office staff which makes FYI a very conducive place for learning.

I cannot recommend FYI training more if I could, without their support and persistence there is no way I would of passed my certificate. Maree and Nad in particular didn’t give up, they saw my potential and pushed me. I can’t thank them enough for their endless efforts and I will forever be grateful. ️?

Best place to study! They make you feel like a little family. Not only do they give you extra help with work if needed my trainer Andrea also helped me set up a resume and cover letter which really helped me!
