This business needs to consider their future, the gentleman was the most rudest and abrupt man I have ever come across! Hurling abuse at my friend and terrible customer service. Will be going elsewhere. One star is too generous!

This company is a Joke.rude customer service, not returning to fix cables hanging from camera and fitting a monitor in our admin area and to top it off i needed to get footage of a break in across the road and all i got was the phone hung up in my ear by someone with bad attitude and doesn't know what customer service means.all negative. Future Lock obviously doesn't need referrals or repeat customers to survive in business!

just been looking for security cameras internal for our office and came across your reply conveniently around 12 months after my initial post. COMPLETE FABRICTION my initial complaint was the cabling.see photo of external camera.no footage retrieved and when i asked for it your attitude was unacceptable.check out the other 1 star reviews.same poor back up service.we eventually had to replace the system as we could not retrieve footage

Went in today to find out about difrerent security camera options. Guy who I spoke to was unhelpfull, wouldn't answer my questions and offered no advise other than wifi is no good and a wired system is much better. When I asked if he could explain the different systems and there pro's and con's he simply said well anyone who knows how wifi works will know why they are not worth installing. I left there having no idea what sytem would suit my needs. He was rude, offhand and wasn't the least bit interested in educating me as to what system would suit me best. A complete waste of time.

Incredibly rude customer service- stay well away. Just went along to see what they had and if they could help. All we needed was for the man to say sorry I can't help you with what you're after but we were made to feel as though we were time wasters and that we weren't important due to it only being a small job. I have never been spoken to so rudely and we were stunned when the man told us good bye in a rude tone and walked off out to the back -obviously 'that' was more important than a customer. If I could give a zero I would. Stay away and don't waste your time with 'this' time waster.

Purchased a system from them 2 years ago and they were great. Now, when I ring with a problem and assistance, I was not listened to and was spoken to very rudely. Based on this experience, I would never have anything to do with this company. Incredibly rude with no customer service capabilities.

Yes I quess it is hard to communicate with a post customer when you don't answer or return my call/messages after 4 yrs of this and empty premises of a replacement hard drive then a complete DVR system alltogether, you came up Once 4 months ago with a NON WORKING HDD only to head off doing NOTHING and here we are again, back at square one. SO NOW WHAT¿¿¿

Absolutely rude and terrible service. Rang up to get my alarm serviced and the guy on the phone said 'I am not interested in helping you, Goodbye'. Don't give these guys any of your hard earnt dollars.

Never experienced such poor customer service! Was spoken down to and was offered no assistance in relation to my query. Should have read other reviews! Shop stunk of cigarettes too!

Had all my alarms and camera systems installed by Archie at Future Lock security in ringwood over many years and the service has been excellent. I would recommend you try them if you want the best advice and service.

Future Lock upgraded our security system. They provided prompt and professional service. The installer took the time to answer questions and provided comprehensive guidance and notes on system operation. Will happily use them again. David M

We bought a wireless alarm system for our new shop. I was able to install it myself with little difficulty. Although the instructions were lacking in this area (an issue with the manufacturer, not Future Lock), a single call from the Future Lock technician and simple step by step instructions allowed me to program the back to base alarm calls.

I had the absolute pleasure with dealing with the guys from Future Lock.
My property, storage facility and offices are all safe and secure thanks to Future Lock. I am a builder and come as maybe the fussiest and particular customer around. FUTURE LOCK EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!

The BEST Customer Service I have EVER received! Archie was very professional and honest with excellent work ethics! His years of experience and knowledge was evident especially with my alarm system. Knew exactly what to do and got the job done without ANY issues and in no time at all. What a gun! Would not even consider using someone else!
