Would leave them 0 starts if I could, not regarding their products but regarding the management team at Ferntree Gully.
They are rude, show threatening behaviour and act self intitled in every way.

You manage a store, not the country- calm down and just be nice, I'm sure your job isn't that stressful.

Measured for a quote, which was accepted. They promised to consult the flooring guys and respond with an installation date. Never heard from them again.

Luke, their main salesman, was very nice and helpful when choosing the product. Had some issues with installation but the company has been fair with agreeing to repair some of the work.

We are really pleased with our new flooring from Future Floors. It's great quality, durable, looks very similar to genuine timber flooring - and all for a good price. Luke from Future Floors was especially helpful, refreshingly honest and easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend these guys and plan to use them again when we replace the carpet in our house.

Good selection of floors and carpet if you cant find the floor you want well you'll never find it quality

Even one star is too much. I would never recommend Future Floors Ferntree Gully. In the 4 years of having our whole house re-carpeted in quite expensive carpet, they have been out 5 times for appalling workmanship. Each time they came out to attempt to repair the 4 rips in the carpet (which the carpet layer did when laying the carpet) the workmanship got worse and they outright lied to us. In the end we contacted another local carpet company who were very helpful in laying new carpet in the room in which we had the issue.

I highly recommend Future Floors. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The carpet installation was great and at a price that beat every other carpet store around. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys, I will definitely use them again.

Recently finished a renovation project that took nearly two years. House was done in two halves. Luke and the staff at Future Floors were patient, professional and sold a top quality product. Luke & Nick looked after us well. Firstly Luke came all the way to Craigieburn (which is over one hour drive time) to give us a quote. Ours was a new house & we were uncertain of our settlement date at the time of ordering however they stored our order for us till we were ready. Their installer of the vinyl planks was respectful and did a good job and promptly. Whenever i rang the office Nick was always polite, knowledgeable and ready to assist.
We had a problem where our windows which had no curtains were letting in the afternoon stong sun and a couple of the boards were expanding but we called Future floors and the next day the installer was back and made a small adjustment to give a little more space for the expansion and all good ever since. Fabulous. Luke was friendly & helpful, not pushy. Offered a good price even though I was fasttracking. Got it all arranged and installed within 4 days. Installers helpful and efficient, lovely guys. Highly recommended.

Good Experience - Dealt with a guy called Luke who I think is the store manager. His product knowledge is excellent, and really knows what he is talking about. Not only that, he takes the time to listen to customers which I find important. Highly recommended.
