With peak fitness a distant memory, I had to choose a gym with experienced trainers and a supportive culture to try BJJ. Found that and more … fun, friendly atmosphere was a welcome surprise.

I have attended Fusion Martial Arts with my son for the past year and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Con, the owner and head coach, is exceptional in his coaching style, connecting with the children and helping them grow not only in their martial arts skills but also in confidence and commitment. My son started in the Mini Rangers program and has since transitioned into Junior Taekwondo, attending classes twice per week. The mini rangers class is a fantastic introduction to martial arts giving the kids the chance to move up the ranks and gain confidence, a natural pathway to taekwondo or Bjj.

Having trained at Fusion doing BJJ for several months now I can confirm that it is a fantastic and welcoming club suitable for anyone.

Previously I have trained martial arts extensively in a variety of disciplines and have returned to learn once more. I was a little nervous of getting back into BJJ but trusted in the recommendation of Fusion Martial Arts by a friend.

My fellow practitioners and the trainers have been great to train with and bring out the best in me on the mats. Everyone is friendly and easy to train with which makes things easier.

Our two kids did mini rangers, the older to blue belt before we moved. Con is outstanding with young children. We spoke about the balance between fun and a slight bit of learning some discipline. We felt he got the balance just right - many martial arts instructors are too strict with young kids and they leave. There is a real community vibe at Fusion and the older students stick around to help the younger ones.

I used to do taekwondo at FusionMA long before it was moved to the new place. I made it to red III and it was an amazing experience. I was younger and i was always questioning things and the teachers always explained and guided me through it. I'd definitely recommend it for defence purposes as well as meeting new people. I first met Con (instructor) when my boys were 8 and 7years old, they used to come home from school crying getting bullied at school. I asked Con, if he could help them. Con taught my boys self defence, self discipline, self respect, respect for other people and to always have a positive attitude. I highly recommend Fusion Martial Arts, and I'm truly grateful to Con for everything he done for my boys.

What I liked most about fusion was how they made my daughter who is high functioning autistic, feel included and respected. As a result my daughter was able to spend a number of years there developing her confidence and social skills which has really assisted her in not only her physical development, but her mental and emotional growth.

Fantastic instructors and a great bunch of people to roll with. I'd never done bjj before and was slightly hesitant to start, but the team welcomed me in and before I knew it I was hooked. You can tell the owner and trainers love what they do and it really shows.

My son has been training with Con and the team at Fusion for 5 years now and he loves it. Con is technically superb and his training is based on very strong values: first and foremost he engages his students really well and makes training fun because they will not persist with something they don’t enjoy. He keeps them challenged and motivated, always emphasizing respect, perseverance, hard work and doing things right. His program progressively increases the challenge level and along the way the recognition the students get and their pride in their achievements is wonderful to see. Great school, highly recommend it.

I started training at Fusion over 10 years ago. They have no end of training options; whether you are new or an experienced martial artists or for those people looking for a fun way to get fit, you should definitely head down for a chat and no doubt you’ll be impressed with the range of options. I was at FusionMa few years ago. At that time I was learning many Taekwondo skills and technics. I am Korean where Taekwondo come from. However, FusionMa teaching technics are not big different what Korean training Taekwondo. Also Fusion Ma is not only teaching Taekwondo But also they have many different martial arts. So I had chance to learn many thing from Fusion. If I have one more chance to go back I will find FusionMa one more.thank you

Great team of instructors. Our sone had his black belt by the time he was 10 year old! Kids seem to really get a lot out of the discipline and it builds their confidence to no end. Con himself is a great instructor and the philosophy and ethos he creates in his club is commendable.
