5 We were quoted a 4-6 week timeframe for a custom built product. It was frustrating to receive no contact for 6 weeks, and, upon reaching out, discover that the job hadn't been started - with further delays expected before project commencement.
Wasted time & resource, along with the lack of communication, was disappointing.
