The most disgusting recruitment agency.
I had an online interview with them but I couldn’t join the interview due to technical problem. I called them to arrange an interview in person and she said in a rude manner to me to apologise to arrange another interview. Her name was martine domingue. I don’t recommend this arrogant recruiter to any one.

After meeting Kirstie from Fuse for the first time and conducting a meeting over Teams I found her to be super professional and awesome to deal with, moreover the job offers quickly commenced.

The concept of interviewing someone on time means little to Fuse. I’m quite disappointed in Fuse and Nikey Oni, the recruiter who had asked me to interview in the first place, and then never showed up for the actual interview, with no response to my emails. Will not apply here again for a job.

Fuse always put 1st priority on finding the correct jobs for the applicant and not simply like other agencies that I have dealt with. Following up with the applicant when they started their job has been bread and butter for Fuse.
Amy Heffernan has always been very resourceful, very much helpful on putting me to the right place. My thanks includes to Ayaka aka Aya that has been given a good vibes on my recent job.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Stay away. I was approached by Riley from Fuse few weeks ago. They ask for all your details including Driving Licence & passport details. And after taking all your docs etc. They organize fake consultant interview and disappears. After 5 weeks of chasing them now I am unable to log into the Fuse portal where they requested all the docs (including resume). How come, my email can't be found on their system when logging in? I just had a random thought to delete docs from their portal as I am not being offered any role & this all happened. #SCAM

My entire experience with Fuse Recruitment has been positive. I have had interactions with different Recruitment agencies but I definitely connected with Fuse the most.

I had the best experience with Adinda. She gave me tips and helped me prepare for my interviews with my current role. She is extremely helpful and kind and I felt really comfortable communicating with her. I also had follow ups from Kayla and Amy who are both professional and friendly! I had these lovely recruiters checking in throughout the start of my new job which made me feel like they truly care. Highly recommend Adinda and the rest of the Fuse Team:)

Working with Alyana was a breeze and she took care of all the documentation so the candidate could concentrate on the interview. She tries to give as much info to prepare the candidate. She is very responsive and goes all the way to make ends meet. Overall very happy how it went.
