Excellent company to deal with. Furniture is very high quality and at a very fair price. Delivery was within a couple of days of ordering. Outstanding.

I’m so happy with this purchase.
We only received our table today, so whilst I can’t comment on its longevity, I can say it looks as beautiful in the flesh as it does on the site’s photo gallery, and it’s certainly solid, sturdy and heavy, with a nice smooth finish.
The customer service we received from Danie and the team from the time of purchase to delivery has given us the confidence to shop with them again; the service and products are outstanding.
The table is exactly as described online too, no nasty surprises, and will easily seat 10,12 at a comfy squeeze.

Stunning outdoor setting
Very happy with my outdoor setting.l have had my eye on this setting since just before Covid. Danny was exceptional in answering all my questions and continued to keep me informed with delivery updates. Such a easy and pleasant experience even the delivery man was very obligingly. Purchased a Electric BBQ and cover, cover did not come.contacted Catch after a week, who contacted supplier re non supply. Danny from FurnitureOkay insisted I open boxes even though I could see they were pristine. Surprise not there, I informed Danny I needed cover by Friday he was not prepared to assist me further other than post it out. Note stock is not on site so no control over delivery beware.

I was dubious about ordering online, would it be as nice as the photos, are the reviews real, $3200 including delivery & Setup is alot to spend on an outdoor setting that i haven't seen, felt or sat on.
So i drove an hr down to the store, walked in and saw the liverpool setting.
Please Don't waste your time or petrol money order online.
The product quality is amazing, so comforty and looks amazing.

We got the Liverpool 9 piece setting and couldn't be more happier.
Husband couldn't believe how so the wood was.when i broke it to him that it wasn't wood he was shocked.
Best investment we've made on an outdoor setting that will last for years to come.

We searched for a few weeks for the perfect wicker settings for our new sunroom. (Covid project)
Harvey Norman, Amart and others had some nice settings but just didn’t fit the bill.
Accidentally came across Furniture OK searching wicker. We rang Dani and he was exceptional. We were able to FaceTime and he answered every question thoroughly. I’m tall so I even asked him to sit in the chairs so as I could see how tall the backs were.
We rang him again a couple of times and eventually bought a Liverpool 9 piece dining setting and a Rosebud lounge with a different table plus a few extras. They even threw in a small gift.
Because of Covid delivery was delayed but only a 10% deposit was required.
We were kept informed of delivery expectations and eventually a nice bloke contacted us and delivered it the next day.
We are super happy with the high quality product and Dani’s service. Plus we saved a bunch of money.
Talk to them before you buy elsewhere.

Fantastic quality furniture, really competitive prices. We looked at multiple outdoor furniture stores, found the comfort, quality and look of the settings at furniture okay to be superior. Dani was really helpful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

Helped via sms. I was worried buying online because we can't go in given I spent a substantial amount of money. I love my BBQ kitchen.

We didn't have a favourable purchase from FurnitureOkay. The initial sales side we cannot fault - Dannie was attentive and provided very efficient service and we went ahead and purchased a stone outdoor table. The issue took place post delivery.

Once delivered - our installers noticed that the table had chip on the side and more importantly the border was just slapped on without any care (please see pics). After contacting FunitureOkay - it seems like they are aware of the problem but went ahead and sold the table hoping that customers wouldn't notice (IMHO). They claimed that this was "minor variations" and the chip can be fixed by buying some epoxy filler from bunnings (? !) - but i wouldn't buy any of it. My view is that these are B grade tables sold at an aggressive price point. IMHO - it doesn't qualify as 'furniture' - but just a table. The outcomes provided was a measly refund (10%) or send the unit back in its "original" packaging (table weighs ~90Kgs - so we need to hire trades again to disassemble due to the lock-down in Sydney). The option of replacing the table was not provided as they can make no assurance that the replacement table would have a correctly laid border (? !)

All in all - my view is to pay the bit extra and obtain "furniture" from a reputable store who is able to provide the after sales service to match. We will take this day by day - if the border bugs us enough we will most probably sell and purchase another table from a different supplier post COVID and the lock-down.

Price was Great, quality was Excellent and service was Fantastic. I placed an order on Sunday afternoon and they delivered on Monday (which was a public holiday), as I was local delivery was free who could ask for more. Surpassed my Expectations and I would highly recommend FurnitureOkay.
