We were here with a friend this morning and I feel discriminated, when we were browsing around One lady gives me a nasty look. When she assisted me because I was having problem opening the bag to check she talked with her nasty voice. Costumers deserve respect. Don’t look at the person based on their appearance.
I had the most lovely shopping experience.
I was attended to by an extremely helpful assistant.

Their Manager Warrick is super rude. He was yelling over the phone when asked for a change in colour for a bag eventhough he had approved the exchange verbally before purchse. He just did not know how to talk to customers.
Served by the kindest staff, so much better than Essendon actually know what they're doing and don't just awkwardly stare. Staffers Twitty and Nichola were so patient. Came for a 70% off piece, left one day than decided to go back. Essendon is closer to where I live buuut I was served here so much better. We bonded over working in retail since I work at Mecca, and had fun chats about public transport. The manager whose name I wasnt able to get however was a man was such a chatty character. Keep it up ladies & gentleman.

The gentleman_store manager? ! _ is quite rude and unprofessional.
While we scanned the Code for covid to enter the store, he shouted at us from the other end of the store that we have to wait until he checks our ID and lets us in while there were NO other customers in the store and the staff were not at the entrance but just chit chatting at the other end of the store.
I had seen similar aggressive behavior from the same gentleman before. And while I adore Furla, I think am not going back to this store again.
I don't know the staff name However terrible experience. I was about to purchase a beautiful bad however I didn't receive any customer service While the staff was playing her phone at the reception. Misleading about the conduct and only shows unprofessional attitude. Eventually I cannot buy rhe bag and don't want to go to this store anymore. Kind of discrimination.

Awesome customer service! The staffs helped me to charged my phone while I was struggling doing the transaction as my phone was dead. And they were willing to look after it while I went to other stores for shopping. Very helpful and very hospitable.
False advertising, misleading and deceptive conduct. Click bait. On email this morning. Email Claims. "EARLY ACCESS" "BLACK FRIDAY OUTLET EVENT" "50% OFF STORE WIDE" "STARTS NOW". Yet when you go into their website it's 25% STORE WIDE. Please give me the links to the 50%. I have clicked on the outlet a website and see 25% only. By saying "STORE WIDE" should mean everything in the store? In that case the wording should be "UP to 50%"?
