Bought myself a bag here today and the customer service was amazing! Sunny was accomodating and friendly and allowed me to choose my bag in my own time while recommending styles that suited my needs. We had a great conversation (she speaks English and Thai) and ultimately I got the bag i wanted for a fantastic price! Thank you Sunny I will definitely be back in the future for another new bag!

One of the workers was not wearing a mask and kept standing ridiculously close to me, not social distancing at all. It made me extremely uncomfortable especially because the worker had a cough too…then boom, a couple days later both me and my partner have COVID. Seems a bit suspicious to me when we have been so careful the last 2 years. Do better Furla.
