Fantastic customer service. Love coming into store and trying on some new the bags. The ladies was absolutely helpful and pleasant. Chadstone Store have the best customer service by far

Went to purchase a wallet for a gift. Was offered a 10% discount for a window display piece as it was the last piece available.

After agreeing, the staff came back to say the manager said they can’t do 10%, only 5%. A verbal offer and agreement was back paddled on. A verbal contract is legally binding in Australia. Shameful action for such a big global brand.

On top of all of this, I mentioned that it was a birthday gift and the staff said he would wrap it nicely in a nice box. Turns out it was just normal packaging in a box with a dirty exterior. Despicable.

Will never shop at Furla again. Not a chance.

Came into the store 2 weeks ago to purchase a gift; I always ask for the return policy in the instance the person recieving the gift isnt happy with it. We were told yes we could return the items so we came in today to do so. The casual working called the manager in question and denied ever agreeing to a return. I'm extremely upset for being called a liar in your store! I've googled the Head Office number, which turned out to be the online store number and the casual tried to give me the same number saying it's Head Offices number! I've called her out on it and she couldn't get out of her lie! We spent almost $1000 on items she doesn't want, because she's chosen something else. We were promised a return by the manager and it needs to be honoured! So upset at how we were treated and made felt by the staff at Chadstone. If you value how you want to be treated, steer clear from Furla Chadstone!

Great customer service and experience at Furla Chadstone! Bought a bag in Sept last year, one of the buttons was unfortunately broken recently. I brought the bag to the store and was hoping I could get it repaired, instead I got a brand new bag as a replacement under the manufacturer’s one year warranty. The shop assistants were efficient and friendly at helping me out with the process! Highly recommend!

Amazing Service. I have made a purchase via phone and the staff also offered a video call to make my purchase easier. Got my product shipped the same day.

Just don’t know why are u guys been so unprofessional, a girl who can speak Mandarin with yellow bangs working on Friday afternoon. Judging other customers’ purses or other discount stores, shaking ur feet when customer talking which is a really rude behaviour as a sales assistant. Bad experience ever!

I've loved this store for years. All the accessories are very attractive and they'll give you a basket when you get to the door to assist with the tons of hand bags and jewellery you'll end up getting. Highly recommend!

If you’re after absolutely terrible service, this is the place for you! I have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to return a bag (which is HIDEOUS btw) only to be shunted out of the chadstone store by their sad excuse for a manager, my emails get barely a response, and 2 phone calls I still do not know how to return this bag. Don’t bother trying to get a number for head office, apparently that’s an impossibility. I’m now about to put a $300 bag in the bin because they make it so difficult to perform a simple transaction. Shop somewhere else.
