Would recommend 100%. The new facility is a great space with all the latest technology to help with rehab. Cant say enough good things about Dan as they helped me throughout my long rehab process. Always made me feel cared about and comfortable as well as confident that I was heading in the right direction.

During 6 months being injured and off the basketball court, my daughter was able to resume playing and build confidence through Tom at Full Speed Performance. So many other methods weren't working so I can't thank these guys enough for taking a chance on her being so young and making her feel so comfortable at their gym. Daniel is an amazing physio! He has a passion for helping people and he’s one of the best physiotherapists i’ve ever gone to. He helped me gain back the confidence I was lacking in the beginning stages of my injury recovery, he customised a plan suited to my needs and he set a number of goals for me to achieve with the objective of becoming stronger. He would switch out the different types of exercises I was doing so it wouldn’t be as boring and repetitive, (which was new to me since my old physiotherapist would just get me to do the same things over and over again) this benefited me because it made my whole body much more solid than it was before. Thanks to Dan and his team i’m now pain-free and my body has become more injury resistant!

Daniel at Full Speed Performance in Ringwood has helped immensely with my long-term shoulder stability issues. Other physios had me doing their standard simple treatments without much overall improvement but Daniel has got my shoulders strong and mobile once more. My son had an elbow problem from tennis. Daniel was very knowledgeable and quick found the source of the problem and suggested solutions to fix the problem for the long term. The exercises suggested by Daniel have really worked well. My son is back to playing full time tennis without pain and also has more power on his serve as a bonus! I had a muscle tear in my hip flexor, went to many other gyms and physio's, and I was still very sore and felt like I wasn't improving it at all, then I got recommended Full Speed Performance by a member at my football club and straight away they had me in, made a plan, gave me a routine, a right direction into recovery, and made me feel more confident as I understood more about the injury. Not only did they target the injury but ensured that all the muscles groups surronding were strong so no further problems would occur. Soon enough I was back out on the field and the data proved that I was stronger and sharper than before my injury and my game had improved in more fields than I would have expected.

My whole family has been coming to Full Speed Performance for a couple of years now.
Daniel takes his physiotherapy very seriously and clearly keeps up to date with the latest science. He is very caring and patiently listens to my boys (and husband) describe their symptoms fully so that he can truly understand what may be going on. He performs tests to help with his diagnosis and then he treats them and suggests an action plan for recovery and prevention in the future.
Tom in the gym has a great rapport with my 15yo and knows how to formulate a program to best suit whatever is going on with his body. My 12yo can't wait to join in, too.
Tao runs the strength and condition sessions at the boys' soccer club, which not only provides a great warm-up for their training session, but also helps prevent injuries for my boys and their teammates.

SOLEMAIDS- 100% fantastic.
My 10 year old son loves playing sport. He had sore feet on and off for a few months we tried generic inner soles with very little pain relief. During the start of the soccer’s season my son was in tears at training unable to walk after just 30 mins of playing. I tried massage and shiatsu as well as creams, soaks and oral anti inflammatory with little benefit. I was recommended Daniel at Full Speed Performance. Daniel identified the issue in less than the initial assessment appointment. A few days later my son was fitted with Solemaids uniquely sized for his foot. Within 3 weeks he was completely pain free and kicking balls with no limitations or pain. I am so unbelievably great full for this unique way to treat the core issue of Sever’s disease an inflammation of the heel growth plate.
