So amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Our 2.5 year old was so excited to upgrade his bike and Robbie was brilliant in helping us find the perfect bike for his age. We walked away absolutely thrilled with the bike, and our son hasn’t stopped riding it all evening. Thank you Robbie and team! We’ll definitely be back!

Robbie and the team deserves 6 stars. I called about 20 bike shops trying to source a new SE bike and I wanted to be on a waiting list with Fufanu given how good Robbie was to talk to. He and the team are even better in person. Robbie is a gracious gentleman with customers, potential customers and dreamers alike:) If you want great service and top people this is the shop to go to.

Amazing service from Claire in store, fitted our girls with new skates on Saturday (5th) for their birthday tomorrow (11th). Skates needed to be ordered in and Robbie delivered them to our place today to make sure girls had them for their special day! Robbie and Claire were so helpful they were able to help my partner I choose what we needed!
Claire helped sized my feet up for roller skates and helped me choose the perfect pair and also helped me pick the right size of gear!
Robbie was super helpful with my partner, he was able to give my partner a heap of advice and information on skateboards!

Really amazing service today when I went in to buy a new pair of skates. Erin helped me out and didn’t mind when I asked to try on a variety of brands and different sizes and was incredibly indecisive. She made sure I was confident and well informed about what I needed prior to making my purchase to ensure it was right for me. The rest of the staff were incredibly lovely and even offered to help me carry all the boxes out to my car. Will definitely continue to come here for all my skating needs

Went there to buy a present for someone, I don't know much about skating stuff, they were friendly, helpful and approachable. Will absolutely be back for anything bike/skate related in the future.

Disgusting service. I came in to try on skates and was told by the person working there that he would only let me try them on if I was serious about buying. Hello, why did you think I was there!

Brought my impalas in and a really lovely man helped us out. We couldve easily been upsold because we misjudged the issue with my skates, but it ended up being cheaper which really helped us during this tough time. We will definitely be back for any skating needs to support this amazing place! Plus the cute stickers are bonus:)

Went past today, and Robbie was great. Didn't stuff me around, didn't try to sell me anything. Identified the problem with my bmx and gave me a range of fixes available based on my budget and longevity of the respective fix. Professional, polite and great workmanship. Would recommend.

You’d have to be insane to go anywhere else for your wheels. Robbie and his staff are second to non in this field. Fufanu is far from your average boring bike shop it’s a totally awesome, colourful, wonderland for your eyes and your kiddies will LOVE it.
Boss man Robbie is more than helpful and really cares about the safety and comfort of your family, only recommending the perfectly appropriate gear for all your skating, scooting or riding adventures.
