Unfortunately, being I'm a Christian man and whoever is cooking the food there has definitely sold their soul to the devil, this means I probably shouldn't be eating this food.

Got to be the damned near on best burgers I've had anywhere and as for the onion rings? Insane.

Eat in, pick up or delivery, you guys have never missed a beat!

This store cancelled my families order on Uber eats after waiting an hour and a half for confirmation. I understand that it’s busy but if they were unable to complete the order they should of let us know with plenty of time to place our order else were Very disappointed with this service. I won’t be waiting my time again.

Eat here every couple weeks and it is always good. Had been craving it all week and finally got it tonight.

Boy did Flame Trees deliver! Chips, Onion Rings, Popcorn Chicken and burgers were all absolutely on point!

5 of us dined in on Saturday 4th July 2020 and were booked in with limited seating /social distancing due to COVID. We were served promptly and were greeted very nicely. Some of us ordered burgers but I ordered the New York strip (steak). It was seriously one of the nicest meals I've had. The steak was cooked to perfection and the accompanying salad and chips were both fresh and delicious. The mushroom gravy that I ordered with the steak was to die for! It's definitely a 5 from me, it's one of my new faves in the area and I'm already planning my next visit!

Didn't drink but the selection of beers is great if you like crafties.

Terrible experience from the minute we walked in. Kept waiting and were not acknowledge by staff that walked passed us. Finally got seated by waitress that clearly didn't want to be there, and we watched her walk passed the other customers waiting to be seated without acknowledging them either. We placed our order and after 1/2 an hour asked if it would be much longer, (one burger and one fries) in a half empty restaurant, we were told it's coming right up.
After 45 minutes we asked for our money back as we were leaving after watching the people that came in and ordered after us were all eating.the staff don't seem to have many people skills and were not pleasant and desperately in need of some training.

After visiting the Bayswater location, we visited the Ferntree Gully spot with some friends who were local.

This time we had the Never Say Her Name burger with a side of Wings. The Panko fried chicken is just divine, and worth coming back for!

WoW. Celebrated with the family here last night for my sons 18th. It was Amazing! Food was superb. All 15 of us were so happy with our burgers and loded fries. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and accommodating. Perfect atmosphere and so inviting. We definitely be returning customers. BRILLIANT and Highly recommend

Asked for a table for one, no worries was seated and given a menu, after that no waiter or waitress for over 15 mins even after I attempted to get their attention so grabbed my belongings and left.

Top Shelf burgers, great beers, reasonable prices. Decent vibe. Plus plenty of parking in the gully. Staff always on hand to help out with enthusiasm. A+ Service

I rate the ‘Beds Are Burning’ burger with Beef, Cheese, Jalepanos, Onion, Lettuce, Mayo, Jalepano Salsa.

Nice place to go out and have a nice meal the food is not bad not the best but not bad at all the staff are friendly that this fear is good would give a 3 to 4 star rating

Just happened to be passing and we decided as a family to try it out. Very pleasantly surprised as the food was excellent, from the kids burgers to the adults we cleaned the plates.definitely going to come back and tell friends.

A beautifully decorated place to sit down have a beer (make sure you have a designated driver or Uber) table spacing allowed for easy listening conversation and chit chat. A few tweaks with customer service otherwise HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Oh almost forgot. The fact it opens up allowing fresh in, in Summer is another added bonus. Thanks Flame Tree's.

Pretty good burgers. In a nice quiet area that is accessed by a scenic drive. Burgers are cooked medium rare and you must specify if you want them cooked more.
