Fry's Storage

Communication is very poor.
Been promised a call from the State Manager over a week ago by two people and received no communication.
Been a customer for 6 years you would think I’d deserve better. But they certainly no how to communicate when they send you your invoice.
2024 could be time for a change!
Bet I get a call now! Lol

Used National Storage Tullamarine while we were moving house it has great access hours and convenient location for us in Pascoe Vale. Would highly recommend them for your storage needs.
Be mindful of your exit notice however, lots of signs saying give one week notice of vacate. It should really state give a month notice as they are happy to alter your next invoice to match up with your exit date but not refund you if you have just paid a new month. We unfortunately were the later and had to pay a full month for only a weeks use.

Went for the first time of my life for a Drop off parcel at Nat.storage Tullamarine, for an amazon return, and the experience was weird. The office in mid day seemed totally closed. Lucky, I looked through the window (didn't see anyone) and didn't leave right away! After few minutes, A lady unlocked and opened slightly the door, as it was closed and she was just looking eventually for what I wanted.
I thought she was Re-opening Specifically for me with grand effort, as I was disturbing her.
In fact after asking, what are generally the opening hours, I understood, it is open from 9 to 5! (It was about 2, when I went!) OMG! What is it about?
I understand you want to protect yourself with CovidI hope it's the reason (?) (we are at the beginning of Dec 2021!) But just Ask for proof of vaccination and to register. Lots of people look for work and are good with customers service,. If you are not happy doing this job give it to someone who needs it.

Darren was very helpful & his storage facilities were very well priced and secure. I would highly recommend using them.

I have stored my vehicle for the past few years at Fry's Storage in Tullamarine. All I can say is, wow! The price point is fantastic, the vehicle was safe (I never once worried about it even though I was overseas) and their service is second to none. I would recommend this to anyone needing storage for their goods or for their vehicle. I initially did a lot of looking around until I found Fry's. I found them the easiest to deal with by far and the best value for money. Huge thanks to Darren, the manager there. He has been amazing with communicating back and forth with me, despite me being overseas. A+

Very responsive when setting up. I booked online and Darren was really helpful and informative when I arrived. System is easy to use and access quick and easy.minutes from rhe airport.if you need storage near Tulamarine I cant recommend Fry's enough.

How professional and helpful both Darren and Ian are. They helped with all our needs to leave trailer and car for 6 weeks. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to overseas travel ban. However Ian was on the phone straight away helping us in this difficult time. Deposit refunded. If only other companies were that nice to deal with.

Stored my belongings for just over a year with Fry's and can honestly say the Team are amazing. They are lovely people to deal with.
Even upon vacating, if you have paid a full month and you vacate earlier, they refund you for the amont you haven't used.

Would highly recommend them and if I ever need storage again, I will definitely go straight back to them.
