Fry's Storage

Don’t consider this place. Was a great business when Fry’s owned it. They knew how to look after their loyal customers. As soon as National Storage took over they increased the rent by over 35% in 18 months, whilst allowing the storage yard to become a water-logged muddy swamp. When I tried to engage with the local office about these issues they fobbed me off to head office. These guys have no idea how to engage with their customers and they value money over everything else.

Do not consider this mob they are greedy shysters.

Had my caravan stored at this facility. When it was time to remove the caravan and have it transported to Brisbane, the staff at the facility (David) was a huge help. I had to disassemble part of the caravan in order for the truck to tow it, David tracked down some tools at short notice and was very helpful in allowing access for the truck. Great service and one of the cheapest storage options around.

I’ve been to the Chelsea Heights branch several times recently seeking help with packing materials and boxes, etc, for some interstate freight.
Super helpful and professional, and they came up with some very clever solutions.
Highly recommend for storage and packing requirements.

Disgusting! I pre purchased a storage unit and lock on the 12/06/21 for the 13/06/21 as they were going to be shut on the Sunday
Couldn’t call them until the Tuesday to cancel as the item I was purchasing was no longer available.
Didn’t even move into the storage unit at ALL
Head office of refunds has refused to refund me the full amount or even a partial of the amount back
Buyer beware do not use this service as they just take you’re money and don’t even work with the customer on solutions
Will not be using this service ever again.

Storage site was easy to access by car with keypad entry. Also good security which meant you were satisfied that your items were safe from being stolen.

Fantastic assistance. Super quick with support and advice. Friendly and very helpful attitude.

I had a genuinely good experience using Fry’s Storage at Chelsea Heights. The service is super friendly and fast and the access is very easy. The location is extremely convenient and the facilities are clean and user friendly. The storage is open for long hours and the rates are very competitive. I thoroughly recommend Fry’s Storage.

You wanted a review left so my partner didn't have to pay for another 2 weeks storage coz we forget to tell you we no longer needed it. Based on your reply Frys Storage. 1. My partner and I don't share a name, so you've got no idea. 2. The manager strait out said if we leave him a good review he wont charge us the extra 2 weeks.

About 6 months ago we had to move some of our excess belongings into storage close by. We selected Fry's Storage at Chelsea Heights. From the word go the Manager was extremely helpful and helped us at every turn to store our stuff. We are now about to vacate this storage and would like to recommend this facility to anyone who requires storage. Your belongings will be safe and most important, you will have the freedom to go at any time without any hindrance to access your unit. Steve, the Manager runs this place very efficiently because we have never had any problems at all. They go out of their way to make it easy when you come in as well as when you leave. And the best part is the cost! Very reasonable for about the best storage company around.

Having lived in the Chelsea Heights area for the last few years i was aware of Frys storage, located in a prime spot on the Springvale rd/Wells rd intersection of Chelsea Heights, Victoria, 3196. After calling around a few of the larger dominating storage companies to get some quotes I thought I would gives Fry's Storage a call.

To be honest, I expected that I would find Frys to be expensive, I actually found the pricing to be outstandingly good value. Steve and his team paid the utmost attention to every detail of customer service and went above and beyond to be helpful towards me.

The process of putting my belongings in storage was a daunting prospect, made so much easier and far more pleasant by Steve and his wonderful staff at Frys Storage. I will always consider Frys in the future, I'll refer them to friends and family and cannot sing they're praises highly enough. Thank you Steve you have given me a very different experience than the one i had expected and I shall be waving from my car every time I drive past.

Having to pack up and sell a house for an interstate move is a very stressful exercise, the ability to store goods during this process greatly assisted us through the process and the staff at Fry's storage at Chelsea were always helpful and courteous and the facility was clean and easy to get around in. The management there couldn't do enough to assist. Thanks fellas I can't do anything other than recommend you for anyone needing storage.

Great storage, highly recommend! The storage units are very clean and secure and are reasonably priced. Above all, the manager Steve is super helpful, accomodating and very pleasant to deal with! If I ever have to store in Melbourne again, I would not think twice about going back to Fry's Self Storage Chelsea Heights.
