I had to go the hospital for treatment, locked my house, with the keys still inside. I couldn’t find any entry points, but I knew I had to be at the hospital in the next 2 hours. Luckily Ben was able to come out within the hour, took him about 3 seconds to get in and the fee charged considering my locations, the emergency, and how quickly they responded was very reasonable. After locking ourselves out of the house on a freezing cold evening, it was such a relief when Ben turned up. So professional, honest and friendly, he arrived in 20 minutes and had us back inside in no time. We were also able to get him to cut some spare keys for us. Truly outstanding service that you rarely see these days. Highly recommended.
Don't get sucked into other companies that advertise low call out fees but then hit you with a huge bill at the end of it. I'm so thankful I chose Frontline.

A huge thank you to Ben from Frontline. We locked the keys out of the car, and he came out on a weekend and spent 3 hours using specialised tools to open the door and then arrange duplicate keys. It was a European model so very tricky, but Ben was up to the challenge! Would highly recommend Frontline!
