Omg best steak roll in Melton the steak was so tender and full of flavour arrived hot as well

We had fish and chips last night. Nice clean shop great customer service and food was amazing also burgers were juicy! We found our new fish shop! Very convenient we placed our order, went to Coles quickly to grab a bit of shopping as we returned back our food was ready packed in a box ready to go, thanks guys

The food here is very nice. My chips were slightly overcooked and a little oily but much better than other local fish n chip places! Slightly overpriced on the burgers and fish.

Tried frilled yesterday very generous serving we couldnt finish all the food the burgers and fish were the best we have had.we will be coming back for sure

My friends have told me to try this place out. I must say it’s one of the best shops I’ve been to. Best burgers and chips I have ever ate literally best shop in all of melton! I recommend eating here. (11/10) ️️️️️ 5 star rated

I ordered dinner from here and the food was absolutely amazing! The food was really fresh and the staff were very nice and friendly. I ordered a family pack, 2 burgers with the lot and some drinks. The chips were so nice and crispy and the potato cakes were huge and the burgers were so nice. I will definitely be back with my family.

Ordered dinner from here since my friends have said the food is very fresh. I ordered 2 Burgers with the lot and medium chips. There was also lots of parking spots available. I have to say this THE BEST fish and chips shop in melton! Keep up the good work!

Wouldn’t call a souvlaki a traditional souvlaki - more a nice wrap. It was nice, but wasn’t the souvlaki I was looking for.

Very disappointing. We ordered paid had the order confirmed. Well they call only to tell us they don’t deliver to Eynesbury. Then we are told they can’t refund our money we have to call Zwift. We called then told to call Frilled. I said they don’t refund. He said call frilled I told him they’ve don’t refund. Well he hung up on me. Then my daughter called him back and he said you have to wait 4 days for a refund. Great customer service. Good food is great but bad customer service is unacceptable

Customer service from some of the girls could be a little better however I can imagine the colourful customer they get so understandable why they may be a little over it

The fish was great, but unfortunately the spring roll was very soggy, and the chips too, usually its much better.

First and last! Order 4 pack of f+c and a chix souvlaki. Chips is very little to none, souvlaki only a few chix wrap in overcooked wrap+ "dead salad". As u pressed the souvlaki in what's felt like sandwich presser, you not only killed the salad but also the wrap stucked in the foil! No real tomatoes, seem to be bottled or can tomatoes or radish, yuck! No flavour in the chips and undet cooked fish (we have to recooked it again) Never again!

Order a few pack f&c (w pot cakes and dimsims) chips is next to extinction and no flavour. The fish unfortunately under cooked.

Cold grilled fish and chips that nearly bounced
So very disappointing

Very disappointed
If I could give no stars I would
Order just under $100 worth of food to have very little chips. Soggy and little to none salt
Missing some potato cakes
Fish was dry
Got two mixed souvlaki’s and got two lamb souvlakis
Vegetables were soggy meat was dry
Barely anything in the wraps on all four souvlakis
Was supposed to be garlic sauce but I’m not even sure what sauce was on them
I’ve never experienced having food this horrible in my life before and for $100 worth of food you would think it would be cooked and prepared properly
Won’t be going back for food that’s for sure
Used to enjoy frilled but service has gotten horrible

Eaten fish from here before but tonight's fish, butterfisfx2 and flake was dreadful. Terribly dissapointed. The fish comprised of very small fish and at least 80% batter. Sorry guys but no thanks. Dissappointed +
