As a frequent traveller who has experienced hair salons all over the world, this salon by far had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As mentioned by other reviewers, there is no pricing policy, and my (very valid) question for one, was met with a very rude staffer who hung up on me. Would not recommend at all.

I came back to put my extensions back in after a few years and I’m so glad I came back here! They always do such a wonderful job and take the time to work with you to get the best results always very accomodating and friendly as well, I’ll definitely keep coming back

The staff are so so friendly and talented I love the way my hair extensions look and the way they make me feel so pretty!

Way over priced for dreadlocks. Would not recommend. Website says $200-$400 but when I went in after he did 1 dreadlock he then quoted above the expected price/quoted price/advertised price. Parting of hair was disproportionated and not even but after doing one dread there is no turning back.

The girls are so fun and lovely making you feel very loved and happy. They listened to exactly what I wanted and needed and my hair is so long now and not damaging my real hair! 10 outta 10

First time getting weft extensions last year. Salon came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Amazing advise and service and perfect colour match. Been coming back ever since! Highly recommend

I had my weft extensions taken out and keratin bonds put in. They did an amazing job! They had so many different colours and textures of hair and the salon itself had a great atmosphere with very friendly and funny staff. I’m going to keep going to them to do my hair from now on. I highly recommend for any kind of hair dramas you might have!

I read through previous reviews and one in particular made an impact on me in a very upsetting way. A lady called Sanelle wrote a horrible review which is absolute nonsense and so untrue. The ladies who work at Frika are super efficient honest extremely v hard working and so thorough. They will bend over backward to ensure you are happy and have the best hair that suits you. They do a perfect job and expect less than what the cost would be normally. They are consistent with their pricing and what they said to me over the phone when I enquired is pretty much exactly what I received, if not better. Sanelle you need to stop your bullying and lies as you are the only person who would say such a thing. You obviously suffer from a superiority complex. The reality is you are not better than anybody else. People don’t work for free just so you know and their time is just as valuable as yours.

I have been coming to Frika hair for so many years and have always been so satisfied with the quality of hair and service. I always get so many compliments on how beautiful my hair is and people are shocked when I tell them I have extensions. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a lot of people do my hair over the years and I must say that these ladies are so much more skilled, don’t overcharge and are very welcoming.

My experience here was horrendous. I wanted curly hair extensions for my curly hair but they added straight hair in a completely different colour. At the salon they convinced me it was a 'beautiful match' even after i questioned it. I went back to have it fixed and when i asked if the hair extensions were curly enough, the girl grabbed the brush and manipulated the hair into a ringlet then agreed "yep its curly". I laughed that they thought i was that stupid.

The way they treated my hair was rough and careless. And they gladly let the new extensions drag on the floor as they prepared them. Their tools were disorganised af. It was run like a salon from 'Tabitha takes over'.

Just don't. You'll get better service literally anywhere else.

Wonderful place to get your hair done whether it's braids, extensions or straightening. God my first ever extensions on my braids and just loved it. Very welcoming and friendly too

The customer service was amazing, very nice environment to be around. The people there are always up for a chat while getting your hair done. The prices aren't too bad either $20 per braid and they are maintainable for up to 3 weeks to a month from personal experience, the braids are nice and tight so they won't loosen up or fall apart easily. Overall an amazing place to get your hair done

I have medium-long hair length so I thought it’d be nice to try adding some length, and got my 24 inch hand tied human hair weave done here and am satisfied with the results! It looks amazing and blends in perfectly texture and colour wise with my natural hair. Connie and staff were a delight!
Can’t wait to go out with these!

My boyfriend got his hair done from here today, all the 3 ladies were so sweet and welcoming. Grace did the men's cornrows and we are so happy with the service. She definitely knows what she's doing, and instantly understood what we wanted as soon as we showed her a picture as reference and she did the same as we wanted. Really lovely ladies. Great service. We'll surely go back again.

Horrible service, made to wait because she was over booked it took 2 days to do head of box braids was quoted $250 charged $750 and another $150 removal.abuse and aggressive behaviour call me a theif Completely unprofessional and Rude! Do NOT recomment!

Black hair styles done by non-black people, for other non-black people. These styles are BAD AND DAMAGING for non-black hair, do your research, it’s not hard to find out why your hair is damaged after coming here. It’s also incredibly inappropriate and disgusting to be profiting off black culture when black hair has been and continues to be demonised for black people. Get your own personality and culture.

Bad experience.ripped off price.came here to do dreadlock maintance.at the website said start $200 180 min.after did 1 dreads said will be $600 and said ok.after did 10 of my dreads said too much work for my dreads and ask for $900 but i refuse.after that they said ok $600 but will only do the top of my hair.too expensive $600 for only 2.5hr - 3 hr work and not perfect / complete.still have a lot of lose hair.not recommended… better find other salon that charge you hourly work.

Was absolutely amazed by the transformation frika did for my hair. I had 24 inches of beautiful Russian hair that blends so well (my hair was only shoulder length.very thin an over bleached btw) thank you ladies I am so impressed xo

Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful people & they all did such a beautiful job on my box braids. 10/10 would recommend
