Delicious food, being celiac this is a wonderful treat having gluten free fried comfort food!
Sitting area could be improved to create a more pleasant atmosphere but overall great little food joint.

I was immediately greeted with a genuine, warm, friendly smile, as soon as I walked in, even though they were busy. (I presume she is the owner?) The other younger girl who worked there, wasn’t as friendly.

I got the $9.90 lunch wrap, which really hit the spot and was exactly what I needed! The chicken was hot and so tender, the saltiness and spice tied in perfectly with the melted cheese, mayonnaise and the lettuce was crispy.

“Fried Hustle” was a joyful delightful place to visit, in Preston. After being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, for almost 4.5 years, and not being able to enjoy Fried Chicken Burgers etc, the minute I took a bite into my Princess Burger, my heart stopped as I enjoyed this delicious meal. The seasoning of the Seasoned Fries, were very delightful and the fries, had a beautiful crunch and crisp to it, along with the fries, myself and my father had enjoyed the Chipotle Mayo, we got alongside the fries. Overall, it was a very delightful experience, as the staff members were nice, and they had nice etiquette towards their costumers, I cannot want to visit again!

We ordered delivery from here and were sorely disappointed. My husband asked for a double cheeseburger but it only arrived with one patty. There was also no options for removing certain items in the burger for dietary restrictions. My chicken burger tasted like garam masala, it was way too fragrant and both buns were saturated in oil.
I ended up vomiting, and my husband got the worst stomach ache.
The potato gems tasted like fish and the box was dripping with oil.
I do not recommend this place. It was expensive, and the portions were tiny too.

The Vegan Hustle is the best vegan burger I've eaten in Melbourne, and I've had plenty. Beyond patty, but the key is they get a nice char from the grill on it. The rest of the fillings accompany well.

Fries are underwhelming so I generally avoid, tots are better.

Ice cream sandwiches are also outrageously yummy and made in house.

Just ordered The Sneaky Cheezy and Grown Up Chicken Nuggets from Uber Eats and was super impressed with how well it travelled. Super fresh and tasty as hell! I'll definitely be coming in for lunch one day soon.

Pretty overpriced for what you receive. Decent food but we weren’t even greeted when we arrived and the first point of communication was when they bought food to our table.

The fried hustle burger was amazing, however when it comes to everyone’s favourite side, none other than the humble chip, i’m afraid, i was left wanting. NOT crispy and NOT salty enough with little flavor to speak of.rest assured i will be back, but would love to see some improvement on the frites.

Fantastic. I’ve been 3 nights in a row and every visit it superb. Staff are great, atmosphere is great, food is great. Couldn’t fault it

Delicious gluten free fried chicken! So fantastic to find a delicious option for me. They even make gluten free ice cream sandwiches which were also delicious! Definitely coming back as the staff are also friendly!

Awful fried chicken. Bland, overcooked, and nothing Korean about it. Thyme in the coating makes for a jarring flavour combination that doesn't work at all.

Got take out one night then came back to eat in three days later! Super quick and friendly service. Able to order from table or the counter. Heaps of options and ability to tweak to meet dietary requirements. Gluten free members of our dinner group loved it! Ice-cream sandwich was a fun surprise too!

The food was delicious. The chicken is gf and the bun was good. The only thing that was a bit annoying was they don't have a toilet.

The crispy chicken was spot on! Had been looking for a restaurant that served crispy chicken nuggets for a long time and this place didn't disappoint me at all. The burgers were decent as well.

The salad had a bit of a weird taste to my liking since they added some herbs (I assume basils). The gravy on the loaded fries was way too salty. The side dishes need some improvements I guess; but their chicken was totally to die for.

Good variety of gluten free food. Interesting menu that seems to be a take on an American diner, real comfort food.
Decor does not quite hit the mark.

After a long day at work, We ordered two sneaky cheese burger. We were shocked and very disappointed for the business delivery to us. Definitely advertising one thing and selling another one. I’ll attach pictures for make you understand. It looked more like a 1$ burger from Mecca’s.
He left me speechless and hungry. Just trying to support a local business and pocked the wrong one? ’

This was seriously the most disappointing version of cheeseburger loaded fries I’ve ever had. If you’re going to offer a vegan option please take the time to get quality products. There are so many versions of tofu mince out there and I literally got a box of soggy fries covered in ketchup, with two slices of plain tofu on top. And where’s the melty cheeze? !? !? It came with about 1/4teaspoon of what appeared to be vegan cheese sprinkles for the whole thing. I’m being generous about this portion btw. Covering it in nutritional yeast flakes would’ve done a better job. In no way resembled a vegan version of what was ordered. If you’re looking for vegan comfort food, save yourself the $16 and heartache.

Gluten free options galore. The fried chicken is amazing. Great selection of bevvies too including GF beer.
