Terrible experience with these guys. Bought 1 fridge which was faulty straight away. Paid to swap/upgrade the fridge to a 'factory refurbished' model (had to pay a 2nd delivery fee). Fridge worked for about 2 months before it failed. Been trying to have it fixed for just under 2 weeks now & issue still hasn't been resolved. Will be taking things further.
By the way they offer you a discount if you like them on Facebook or give them a good rating so please take their reviews with a grain of salt.

I recently bought a fridge here.

I was concerned because I noticed there were cockroaches but I was assured that the fridge would be thoroughly cleaned.

When it arrived 3 large cockroaches crawled out of the main fridge component.

When I called up to see if theh could refund or just send someone out to clean it properly, they told me they wouldn't as they had already "cleaned it". The person I called could be heard laughing while he told me this.

They clearly don't care about their customers and the large number of 5 star reviews are because they give people a discount for giving one which Im pretry sure is illegal

I purchased a refrigerator and a washing/drying machine. Prices are reasonable and the products have good quality. The Delivery guy was on time.

Overall Unimpressed by this business & my experience with them. After viewing their website to see what they offered (second hand, factory seconds, extended warranties, delivery & installation) My male housemate & I went to the store to select a washing machine. We were the only customers in the store, we were never greeted, the clerk barked at us what the colour coded signs on the machines meant. After discussing with my housemate what machine he thought would be a good investment, I approached the clerk to tell him which machine I wanted to buy. As we begun to process the sale, the clerk informed me that the machine I was interested in was sold. My house mate then interjected to inform the clerk he was looking at the wrong machine, we wanted the one next to it. We then resumed the purchase process in which the clerk said they could deliver it on the Wednesday before 12, We would receive a phone call an hour before they arrived. I wasn't going to be home so I wrote my housemates information down for the delivery. I was informed there would be additional fees for the delivery, $40, Which I paid. I asked for an extended warranty on the machine I was purchasing, he stated they no longer offered extended warranties. The website stated they did, there was a poster on the wall which stated they still did. Frustrating but okay. I finished the purchase of the machine & we left. I later on realized that the clerk had written down my housemates information on my receipt instead of mine, No biggie unless something happens to the machine.
So Wednesday comes. I'm at work, but I check in with my house mate to see how its going. Its not. No phone call so far and its after 12. My housemate calls them to which they state they're 15mins away. Quarter to Two they finally arrive. The delivery man attempts to drop the machine and leave. My housemate insists he install it. He refuses. My other housemate calls the manager to try sort it out.
The delivery man leaves 30 mins later. The Machine is not installed.
I'm now waiting for something wrong to happen with the machine. I would not recommend.

Very helpful service from this kind gentleman today, sensible advice and great price offerings and happy to work with us to arrange delivery and removal of the old fridge. Overall a good experience.

Outlet has many items with different price ranges and different brands. Can make a quick selection. Sales man was very supportive shared detailed information on products and delivery options.

Just bought a second hand fridge at this shop, the delivery should have been 3 days later but they manage to deliver me the same day. In less than 2 hours I got the fridge, it is working fine and it is clean.

I baught my washer and deyer here very happy with pri e and quality compaire to an other second hand dealer. Delivey in 2hours to city. Guy help me to install as well. Will co. E ba k to thos shop again.
