Price is unmatched and yet they don’t lack on quality of the product. It’s all large servings and it all tastes great highly recommended

We ordered a heap of chicken and shami kebab for my sons 1st birthday For 40 people. It was absolutely delicious and we received plenty of compliments on the food. Service was also great!

Chicken kebab wrap was amazing, chips were amazing, service was amazing. Really good value too. I highly recommend this place.

First time buying food from this place. Everything was fresh and definitely delicious. Kebabs were on point and made so well. We didn't have to wait long and prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Went today and ordered a chicken hsp, confirmed with the person in the front that I had gotten chicken, but low and behold once I get home and open it they had made a mixed hsp with lamb and chicken mixed. Food is great but messing up an order even after making the customer confirms their order twice is just bad.

This is my go to when I feel like something delicious. Something in their meat flavour. Always gets me

Food is good. Price equal to most kebab shops. Language barrier sometimes depending on the service person.

Very good quality and value for money. Kebab was probably 95% lamb, became hard to eat towards the end.

Worst kebab I have ever had in Melbourne. Also the lamb skewers had excessive salt in it. What a waste of time and money

Purchased takeaway charcoal chicken today. The chicken was completely burnt and uneatable. Disappointed.

There kebabs are so moist and tender HSP is amazing too and u can get fresh naans available all the time. I love it and most of all its Halal all chicken and Lamb kabuli rice is just lovely

Tasty afghan Kebab they used to make good bread and much cheaper with previous owner, but since than there are too much of a changes.
Anyway it worth of to pup in and have your lunch

The quantity and quality is really bad and the price is outrageous. The grill chicken is extremely dry and the shami kebab was undercooked and small, same with lamb and chicken screwers. Its just a rip-off. The bread he put in the container under the seakh kebab was very thin so it got liquidy and disgusting. The quality of the bread is not that good. I wont be buying there again rather go to Dandenong when feels like eating kebab. Last but not the least the service is really bad and rude staff, you walk in and keep standing there for someone to attend but they seams like not to care about customer.

As a first time it's not about the food I am going to talk as an restaurant owner the lady was very angry looking I would like to tell her as food bussinis customers don't care about our trouble put a smile on your face thank you I kept on saying thank you thank you I felt like I wasn't welcome sorry I just want to say this

Ordered food from this shop through Menulog, who are just as incompetent as Fresebabs. I thought I'd order something healthy for my husband who needs to eat within a timely fashion to control his blood sugar. So I ordered at 7pm and get a call an hour later from Menulog letting me know the restaurant has indeed run out of lamb!

I find it funny that a Kebab shop takes an hour to establish that the main food severed at their establishment has run out, and instead of checking the order and food stock first excepts the order. Screwing up my dinner plans and causing my family member stress in eating far to late, which can make them ill.

So thanks Freshpoint Kebabs clearly you run a fine takeaway shop and business NOT!

Between the drivers and service at Menulog who don't seem to know which way is up. To shops Freshpoint who can't read an order check the food stocks and reject or except an order within the first 5-10 minutes of the order coming through the computer. We can clearly see education is the key to life. "So kids, stay in school so you don't grow up and run business like this".

They mix the cold bread with the fresh hot bread, they have tried to fool me but I didn't accept it. They make the bread behind closed doors so god knows what's happening behind the scenes. The shop is dirty and lacks basic hygiene. Tables are unclean and the atmosphere is very third world. I have made a complaint to council and hopefully some action is taken. Staff can't even speak basic English and lacks basic customer service skills.
