My favourite banh mi spot in Sunshine! The wait after the lunch rush is fairly fast (under five minutes) considering how popular this place is. Also, the amount of ingredients and flavours are well served and worth the price ($7-9)! My favourite choice of protein are either the shredded pork, marinated pork, or crispy tofu!

Top quality banh mi texture. Crispy exterior bun, soft interior. Tasty chicken, generous filling, tastes even better with an egg. Wash down with an iced Vietnamese coffee. Long queue, some waiting time.

Great Bahn Mi. I docked a few stars because they left a string in my Bahn Mi. Probably hold the grilled chicken in place while grilling.
Taste wise it's really good.

Best Banh Mi I have ever tried. Fresh crunchy bread, fresh pickled veges and sauce doesnt make the bread soggy. Highly recommended. Fast service too.

Delicious but note if you add something like mayo or sriracha they take stuff off without asking, like hoisin sauce which is annoying as hell. Happens regularly at sunshine store.

The lines out the door. Not a long wait, but the line being out the door says everything. Best roast pork roll around! Period. Fresh, tasty, and the perfect amount of chilli.

I just came here because the one next door was closed.
Not only it is.more expensive, they hardly put any meat and they don't even put anything.
Very dry and not tasty.
I'm not coming back.

This place has really gone down hill since it opened. Bun Mi's bread is old, soft and chewy. Filling is non existent. They hardly put anything in their roles considering the prices they charge. There is no flavour from the sauce or butter or mayonnaise. Better quality at the bakery a few shops down.

The worst. Only went here because Selina hot bread was closed, ordered the egg salad, received no egg just salad. The roll was served by a rude lady too.

Came here because my usual place is closed at the moment.
Tasty but not much fillings. Got mixed ham and meat sliced paper thin, hardly any carrot, cucumber also sliced thin (most places cut in thick batons) no onion of any kind. Bread was soft not crispy.
More expensive than my usual spot a few doors up. Not bad but not in a hurry to return.

Great place to have banh mi Vietnamese roll. Bread is made fresh its packed with meat and veggies, won't go wrong at this place.

Purchased the same bread before and when you hear about price increase, this reached the extreme.
Just purchased a butter tiger french stick with egg butter and pate
The sign says $1.80 went to pay and nearly fell over.
$12.60.
I went to ask again to clarify, she lady confirmed and said it's french bread and butter that's why.
A block of French butter at the shops cost $8.00 maximum, so that makes no sense.
Did they fly the bread and butter over from France because that price is atrocious.
Maybe let the customer know that it'll cost $12 with the proper sign so people know the actual price first.
It's like a scam, customer orders already and feels awkward to cancel it.
That's probably the only way they sell it
Footscray Nhu Ngoc Bakery charges $3 for butter bread french stick with pate and egg butter is $3.60.
French Chilli bakery is such a rip off.
Will never purchase from them again.
Warning the Butter French Tiger bread cost $12!

Just buy today. The bánh mi is good no question but please be careful as there's a sharp glass on my bánh mi and it cut my gum.

I was in a hurry and throw everything in the bin so I didn't take photos of it.and the address is Sunshine Vic.

Always on top, 52 weeks in a year more that half of that I have popped into for a banh mi fix. Note: parking can be a waiting game depending of busy days and times. Just allow to wait for a parking spot and worth while line if you get caught in the lunch time queue.

Best banh mi in the area by far. The grilled options are great but I feel the shredded options are just as good. Staff are very quick and efficient. A popular lunch destination for many of the locals. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but it's always worth it!

The very best banh mi bar none. Worth travelling to this place. Grilled chicken banh mi with extra chilli is just sublime. If I'm hungry, I can eat three. Usually two is enough!

Best bahn mi I've had in Sunshine.
If you're buying anything other than a single roll and are not after a plastic bag, make sure to let them know as quickly as you can. The number of times I get a pork bun and before I know it, I have a single pork bun in a giant plastic bag.: ^)

Best place for banh mi in sunshine. Try the roast pork for a different alternative to the cured meats.
