Terrible experience, unkindly staff, poor customer service.even though there was no customer at that moment, he just kept playing on computer. He didn't care about customer. I bought one bag but I will never visit again.the WORST experience.

Terrible experience, trying to return a Freitag product (unused) to upgrade to a bigger more expensive bag.

Clearly they dont want my money. Note simply snipping a piece of plastic that connects the label to the bag deems the bag not fit for return.pondering whether its worth buying a label gun off ebay and reattaching it my self.can safely say wont be returning

Came here to exchange a gift that was given to me. We had super friendly service from Gabe, who was very patient as we looked through every single colour, leaving no stone unturned! Compliments.

Love my new bag but the shop attendant was not very helpful, I was the one checking boxes and different bag options. The Service was disappointing when you're spending over $500 for a backpack. The quality and initiative is awesome and they look unique. But yeah If the store did not have Freitag I probably would not have bought from this store.

What a great initiative, recycling freight lining into usable stylish accessories. I copped myself a motorsport looking handbag that looks so cute and so on brand with the current y2k trend around the world. Great customer service by the gentleman at the store my only concern and feedback is that the packaging of the luxury items that your paying for ($250+ for a bag) didn’t even include a stylish dust bag or wrapped in recycled tissue, not even a branded shopping bag. It was placed in a brown handled paper bag like you get from a thai takeaway restaurant… it just cheapens the end experience which is not what the shop/ website endorse. Was just a bit shocking and I wouldn’t comment this if it wasn’t fitting but step up the end experience.

Very cool bags, my only problem was that they are all made from panda leather which some may consider a little unethical. Oh well, worth it in my books!

Purchasing from another city via email is not easy. Especially when there are many options and styles for you to choose from. However, staff from Keoma are so friendly and helpful with colour/style requests. Thank you all for taking photos and answering all my queries. Will definitely go to visit you guys in person someday and before that, maybe another email order lolll
