Went in a few months ago. Great service, excellent advice. Was going for a 271 (if I recall), thought about an ms291 but, after talking through the job with the salesperson, bought an ms391. I've only done about 20hrs or so on it so far, but excellent saw. Possibly could've gone a bit bigger (felling and cutting up dead messmate for track safety), but don't need to rush.

Awesome these boys helped me out because I was dead in the water the Honda pump on my truck wouldn't start and the boys came out and fixed it on the spot, highly recommend it.

Visited the store Saturday 23rd January to look at lawn trimmers, wasn't quite sure about them but wanted something not too heavy (battery or electric). I was approached by a young man Jarrod, he was the most lovely guy with a great attitude, very helpful and advised the best one that would suit me, he went through how they worked etc. He was not pushy at all, so I told him I will have a think about it. I ended up back in the store soon after and made the purchase. Thank you Jarrod for the great advice and great customer service skills you have, you are definately an asset to the company. Good detailed service of Honda line trimmer. Went back next day and bought a stihl vac blower. Once again good service and advice.

They are liars bought a chainsaw and stopped working blaming customers so they can rip them off better to buy a Chinese quality at least you don’t pay thousands of dollars

Smooth purchase on website for a mower. It was ready for collection the next day. The staff took it upon themsleves to have it set up, filled with petrol and oil (that was a nice surprise) and aided wiyh the loading into my car.

The mower which features the quick start technology works like a charm. Started so easily, made me realise how bad my old one was.

Rang to enquire to see if the Stihl RMA 235 (kit) Mower was still in stock but was told none in stock so Simon (owner) told me he would sell me the RMA 339 (kit) for the same price as the RMA 235 as I had told him the week before I was waiting for my pension to come through. I was a bit hesitant as I had seen good reviews about the RMA 235. He said they were exactly the same except for the width and the battery strength in the RMA 339 was larger so that would be a better way to go. I thought this was a nice gesture and said I would go ahead when the money came through. Rang on 6 October to place the order. On 8 October got a call from a salesperson to say delivery was ready. I asked wanting to make sure that the mower came with the AK 30 battery and AL 101 charger and that it was a new mower and not a display model. The salesperson said I would be getting the AK 20 battery and that the mower had been "dusted off and ready to go". Couldn’t believe it. At no point in any of my conversations with the owner did he say I was getting a showroom model letalone the wrong sized battery for this model. The sales person checked with the owner and he claims to have told me it was a showroom model but that is a lie. I demanded a refund and got one because he knew he was not honest about the details. It seems that this owner thinks he can pull one over a female and that females don’t know anything about machinery or don’t research what they are buying. This is 2020 – not 1920.

Two purchases and good experience 5 stars but when I call on the day my back order item meant to arrive I was told that it hasn’t come in yet and it might be later in the day, which is not a problem, the problem was when I asked what time should I call again, Paul decides to hang up on me. Not sure if I will go back again.

Very happy, straight to the point with no nonsense. Spoke to a good man named Simon, who help us out with everything. Also the cheapest place I could see in Australia to get a Honda hru216 from.

Great staff, extremely helpful with their advice. Lawnmower stock is a little limited (2 brands) but still felt I was able to get what I needed.

The best place in the area to have your chainsaw serviced but their organisational & administration skills are lacking.

Treemendous trees hav purchased all of our saws and machines from freeway mowers for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic service! I was blown away. Paul was excellent, was very helpful as soon as i walked in the door. He helped me find the right whipper snipper for around home, then showed me how to use it, filled it with fuel and oil and even gave it a run, to make sure it was all good. Very happy customer. Will be back again!:)
