Great experience from Freeway Tony at Freeway Ford.
After an expected wait for a new Everest we were lucky enough to get one earlier than expected. The team also released the car early despite a screw up form the lease company. Thanks

If you are from Europe, the Netherlands in my case, and you want to buy a car because you are going to travel around Australia for a long time, it is not so easy. Trust and communication are important then. With Mina, one of the salespeople at Freeway Ford, I had a very great experience. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from this garage.and with Mina for sure.

Had a service and problem with the engine. And they had the vehicle all day and gave me 20 mins to pickup before the place closed for the day had to drop everything and rush to pick up. Just waiting to put premium fuel in to see if the problem has gone but at the moment it hasn’t will see

From the very first phone inquiry to after I drove away in the car, I received the friendliest and helpful service from everybody.
Made my choice in cars the easiest and I was shown every gadget, every button and I was not sent off before they were sure I was fully informed and understood.
Couldn’t be happier.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. All staff are exceptional and thoughtful. Given our difficult economic times, they continue to maintain providing quality vehicles in a timely manner. I believe Ford cars are built quite well. Good value for money. I purchased a Ford Escape.

First I bought a new Mustang it had scratches all over it so I called the to come and have a look, I was told bring it back in which I responded it going on a hoist to be kept you come here. Salesman turned up and agreed it was handed over in terrible condition, I then opened the doors and showed him all the plastic on the door seals and the rubbish in the glove box. The car was then picked up re cleaned and polished and handed back over how it should be.
Car 2 was a Dodge Ram again new, sunday the car stopped in the middle of the road and we couldn't move it. After eventually working out how to move it we loaded it on to a tilt tray and delivered it to the dealership the following morning. Saw the service manger and explained the situation he said he couldn't look at it on the Monday but would on the Tuesday and I was happy with that.
Rang Tuesday afternoon as I hadn't had any contact from them to be told we wont be looking at it until next Wednesday. I wasn't impressed as you could expect after being told it would be looked at on the Tuesday.
I went and picked up the car on a tilt tray took it to the local guys they put a test on the car wow no fuel pressure, car has been taken to Brighton Ram they are fixing it.
Do yourself a favor take a ride to Frankston, Mornington or Hastings Ford Dealers or Brighton Ram I have and will be buying from them in the future.
I did call the dealer principal she did call me back but I really dont think she could she the importance of warranty claim and my car back on the road.

Steph ensured that I was updated every step of the way throughout the buying process. Travis went above and beyond my request to get the vehicle as soon as possible. Karla did an amazing job in organising and conducting the vehicle delivery.

Tried to get these guys to look at my Ranger about 6 months ago. Thought I give them one my try with a service on it which took weeks to get in. While it in there thought while it’s in there I get a three things fixed. Was told they had fixed the 3rd I was better taking it too somewhere else after a huge wait I get the Ute only had the service and one repair done. Went back in to talk the service guy. He came out and saw what I was talking about. He then told me the part is on order. Just felt a little misled. Probably won’t use again.
