Freedom Nails

Went in asking for a soak off and new French tip acrylics. Advised refill is ok. Walked out dissapointed and will not come back. Also rough with elec file cut my finger. She just smiled and said oh ouch.

Really disappointed- no customer service at all, not even a smile. They tell you to wait 10 mins ended up waiting over 30… this happened twice. Poor quality and very small and stuffy shop.

Will be back for hand and feet "do", Had skin cancer removed from right wrist and my ability to do my own nails was difficult. Will return to have done again plus feet.

They were very rough to the point they scratched my skin off and made my fingers bleed. There is black hairs in my nails and bubbles to go along with that. Also they got nail polish all over my hands

Got my nails done here yesterday.absolutely awful.do not go here, especially for nails.they looked like teeth.they were wonky, super uneven and didn’t even go to my cuticle. Went back and got them fixed, slightly better after being super critical, but still not worth the price.

What’s going on Michelle. Been coming here years and never had such bad SNS put on my nails as I did today. Although I complained whist there, the shrug and response that “your nail too short”. That’s why colour all over my fingers. What even! Start training your staff. Last time I’ll be entering your store. Bad performance.

I had my nails done for my wedding and they were perfect. Service was great and the price was good too. I highly recommend them

Super quick and efficient service. Got shellac on both feet and hands, however by the next day the shellac had already peeled off of three fingers. Pedicure also seemed very rushed.
Otherwise friendly staff and very cheap. Only $90 for mani/pedi but would rather pay more for it to last longer (as shellac is meant to)

The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job. Thank you so much. Will definetly be back.

I asked for ombré and they are not blended at all and it took an hour and a half. 5 minutes of leaving the salon, one of my nails cracked in 3 places. Really unimpressed

Walked in for a pedicure they were super friendly and quick. The included foot massage was lovely. Reasonably priced and great result. Will be back!

Got my nails done there had to tell the lady that my nails weren't the same length, so she cut them down and I get home and they are still not the same length, they are also sloppy, lumpy and one is even chipping, wanting to get my money back

He had a very ingrown long nail which was crooked on his toe and Andy fixed it with a lot of patience and care. My father could not walk on it at all and they fixed his toe nail which he had so damaged and had it like this for 20 years so it was quite bad and from the first meeting with Andy we were very impressed and he got to work on his toe nail straight away We are all extremely grateful and happy withF Freedom Nails In Karingal and recommend highly all elderly people to see them as their work and commitment is exceptional Thank you We Will See U Again Soon

I have been a loyal customer for years but have been unhappy with one of the new girls there. She is very rough and sliced my foot causing it to bleed profusely when I had a pedicure on Friday 12th February. I was charged full price and my foot is very sore. Your staff need to take more care. I will not be using your services again. This is the second time my foot has been sliced.

Lady filed my own nail that much that I pulled away as it was burning, she didn’t care and said will be ok, they changed nail technicians after this.
My nail look good but on close inspection they are not evenly shaped on the ends.
I have filed back at home to make them look presentable.
Asian music on tv only they can understand and it’s loud, can’t hear yourself think.
Man (owner?) sitting in the entrance eating food quiet loudly.
The salon is dirty and needs a good clean.
AVOID this place at all costs

One of the worst salons I have been to, I felt physically sick whilst sitting in there, it is filthy. The staff have Asian TV shows that none of their clientele can understand blaring so loud you can’t hear yourself think, they don’t use plastic covers in their foot spas the floors and seats and just everything is filthy, staff are rushed and do a terrible job ontop of everything.

Very happy with this local joint. Been there 4 times, had my nails done by 3 different people - two ladies and the gentleman. My French SNS looks fantastic! It’s been 3 weeks since my last SNS and it still looks fabulous! Highly recommended!

Ladies were nice that served me but oh my god lacks attention to detail badddd. My sns looks so ugly, rushed and messy. My nails looks thinner in some bits, totally rushed. The whole point of paying and getting your nails done is because these salons are supposed to make em look beautiful not like I did em
