Freedom Mobility Scooters

After waiting three weeks for a different scooter repair I called Freedom mobility scooters and within two hours Daniel had my scooter on board the van, and my scooter is now superbly repaired and back home in such a short time frame I’m amazed. The two guys I had dealings with are so respectful and mindful of how to treat an elder I’m amazed. Then I found the cost so reasonable it shocked me! They were friendly and helpful on the phone, but the prices for the replacement batteries was too expensive.

My husband is a double amputee. Since losing his legs, he had been very limited with his travels outdoors, with his electric wheelchair. He has never felt secure. This is how it’s been since surgery approx 2 years ago, & there hasn’t been much joy in his life.

I took my father to another shop to look at a mobility scooter the day prior to Danial coming out from Freedom mobility scooters thinking we would see what Daniel’s range was like and I was pretty convinced by the other shops mobility scooter that that’s the scooter we were going to purchase. We decided on the spot to purchase the one Daniel presented and there were a few reasons why. Daniel would have to be one of the most genuine likeable sales guys you could meet. The scooter was actually more expensive than what we were initially wanting to spend but I have to say the way Daniel responded to my father and mum was impressive. He was not pushy, he was really delightful to speak to and answered every question I had for him. I had done my research so was fairly forthright with what I wanted to ask. Got Martin and the people and at Freedom Mobility Scooters, to fix my dad's scooter. Couldn't recommend them enough now. Visited the showroom in Ringwood and straight away I knew this was the place to buy my mums new scooter from. Martin was very helpful with all information I needed to show Mum and help her select a new scooter.
Mum picked her fav from the brochures Martin gave me and it was then time to take Mum to the showroom for a test ride. Once we entered the showroom Mum only wanted to look at the scooter that met us as we entered. I am not sure who Mum fell in love with more, Martin, or the Gatsby Scooter.
Delivery day was very quickly organised and Mum was now in love with three things from Freedom. Martin her Gatsby and Daniel the delivery and install man. Funny listening to my 82 year old Mum saying if only I was 50 years younger. So impressed with the service we brought Mum an Electric wheelchair I’m sure so she could see Daniel again.
The service from Martin and Daniel and Freedom is by far up there with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Good service doesn’t end once payment is received, congratulations Martin and Daniel for outstanding after sales service.
