I have been seeing Elaine for the past few months to help me try and reduce my stress and anxiety levels through acupuncture. From the moment I saw her I felt her warmth and kindness. Over the next two weeks I noticed a significant reduction in my immediate anxiety.almost three months down the track my friends, family and even work colleagues have noticed a dramatic change in my stress levels and my ability to management stressful situations (I wish I had done this years ago). I feel so much more in control of my emotions and have so much more energy because I am not continually exhausting myself with anxiety! So thank you so much Elaine for helping me and improving something which has been such a personal battle for me for years.
