Shelley (and her beautiful horses) at Free Rein Well-being really helped me to get in touch with my inner self and the issues I was having. Shelley has a gentle nature and was absolutely fantastic to work with. There is something to be said for EAL and a facilitator who 100% knows what they're doing. I highly recommend Free Rein Well-being to anyone who is in need of help working through personal problems and understanding who they are.
I'm definitely signing up for the mediation classes too!
I had the pleasure to attend Free Rein Well-being, I highly recommend, Shelley is incredible at what she does and what a beautiful view you get whilst there.
I was quite nervous around horses however Shelley and her lovely horses made me feel confident and comfortable.
Shelly is incredible, intelligent, communicates well and provides such great support.
