When I started my journey in Australia, Free agency gave me great opportunity to do my passion in teaching. I felt the warm welcome, nice and friendly staffs, always open if you have questions and concerns. It started as I was given shifts in after school care in theircare in different locations. After several weeks, I was given a teaching aide role in primary school up until I gained experience I had a chance to work at Western Autistic School in Laverton which is near home. This has been my regular job since they gave me shifts althroughout the term unlike other agency that is different school everyday. Consistent shifts at the same school is indeed better since I’m more familiar with the work, co workers, kids, everyone. I thank the agency for this opportunity which allow me to learn more and grow in my craft. They had a good service in terms of communication, app even email updates. Salary is always on time every Monday. Overall its a great experience working with Free agency.

Free Agency are the first company I've used to do some CRT. After signing up around Easter time, I got two consistent days in the same school until the end of the year, which suits my needs perfectly. Mick and Tom are always super responsive and friendly, and it wasn't a problem when I had to take a day off. I've nothing to compare them to but I've been super happy with my first foray in to CRT with Free Agency.
