Freaky Tiki Cafe

Just moved to the area and trying out new cafe's. Ordered a ham cheese and tomato toastie with no butter (as I have allergies) to take away. Went to eat the toastie and there was butter all over the bread. Thanks guys for taking my $10 for something that went to the bin. Will not recommend if the staff can't take simple orders!

Very small cafe but nice, clean & friendly. My 2 sisters & I went there for breakfast. We all had eggs done different ways. The food was lovely & decent sized serves. Unfortunately the food took way too long to come out & one of my sister's orders was wrong & had to be sent back. She ordered eggs over easy but got eggs that were flipped & over cooked. They got it right the second time but by the time she got to eat hers, we were almost finished.
They do have some outdoor seating & an outside takeaway window for service also.

Excellent coffee, delish and super fresh food, good mix of menu items, friendly staff and good vibes. Can’t wait to come back.

The food was so good here! Definitely a hidden gem.the staff were very accommodating.definitely come here for a well-priced breakfast.

Simple, friendly and characteristic coffee shop that serves great consistent coffee in Rye

I shamble in most mornings barely a person, and leave every time feeling refreshed and satisfied. The coffee is the best in rye and the staff are all amazing, plus the place has such a cozy vibe that it’s great just to sit and enjoy a good book inside.

If I could give a minus for service I would. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and so many other people got served before us. The waiter also forgot our coffee, so we had to ask them if it was still coming. In other words they completely forgot our order overall. Terrible service. Won't be coming back here ever again.

Great place for coffee and breakfast. About to close for 2 week holiday. Will reopen afterwards. Enjoy Jeff

Great food, coffee and juice! My go to cafe. Warm and friendly faces greet me. Food is fresh and delicious.

Food was ok. Great kombucha. Slow service inside. Unfortunately observed serving staff rubbing a customers dogs belly outside for a couple of minutes, then went back to serving food and coffee without washing hands.

Breaky roll and the burger were simple but extremely tasty!

I walked in and asked if they have vegetarian toasties and a waitress said "We have bacon and egg toasties.sooo no. " Although not an overtly rude comment it was for me reflective of not a very good customer service. Not going back.

Reliably good coffee in an eclectic Cafe that matches its name. Easier to get takeaway than trying to dine in though.

Bikini Blowout was amazing, the roll is so soft and the portions were generous. I love the decor, the staff were so friendly and efficient. It was very cozy

It's really this simple, if your in Rye and want a good coffee and or breakfast then this is absolutely the spot to go. Great prices, friendly staff and the breaky is really yum! Thanks guys!

Staff did not know how to put a wrap in their toaster, business obviously not impacted by covid

Such a nice Cafe. I rarely put good reviews but with this one I have to. Small place but nice vibe. Best coffee I had after pandemic lock us down. Simple tasty food. Waiting staff nice too. Definitely coming back for brekky/coffee next time we are Rye.

Awesome cafe. Great coffee, quick and good quality. Try the baked stuff.muffins etc are fantastic.
