Fraser's GAMSAT Tuition

The Fraser’s team are amazing! I did the comprehensive course which prepared me very well for the Gamsat! All the tutors I worked with were really supportive and the design of the course meant that I had a clear trajectory of how I needed to prepare for this beast of an exam. The Bridging courses gave me the basics of what I needed to know and the skills I needed. The PBLs helped me to start applying those skills into practice and become more comfortable with them. The mock exams were the icing on the cake. They simulated the actual exam perfectly, from being in that exam environment to the actual timing of the exam. That meant that on the day of the actual Gamsat I felt calm walking in and as though it was just another mock.

The weekly essay submissions throughout the course were initially hard, having to write two essays in 1 hour seemed impossible but with the weekly practice became second nature. A special thank you to my S2 tutor Andy Harmsen for all his help and patience. With his guidance I was inspired and gained an appreciation for writing and how with a structure and plan of attack I had something to write about for any topic thrown my way. I would not have been able to ace S2 otherwise without his support!

Thank you so much to the Fraser’s team, I was able to go from a S2 and S3 score in the 50’s to 70+ and to receiving my offer for Medicine.

I did the comprehensive GAMSAT course and I found it really beneficial. Fraser’s had heaps of resources and the tutors were great at making complex questions seem more approachable. I had Chris W as a tutor for S3 and he gave me so much confidence and was super patient in explaining concepts to me, particularly as I had limited science knowledge. The mentoring aspect of the course was also amazing! I worked with Kumail and he always went above and beyond to make sure that I felt supported and confident. Even after the course, he continued to check in and offered me heaps of advice about interviews and USYD. I’m so grateful to have found the team at Fraser’s and they definitely played a big part in getting me into medical school!

I found my Fraser’s experience very helpful. The resources and staff were amazing, and never failed to assist the best way they could. All my tutors - Angus, Charlie, Tilly, Toby and Ang were amazing in supporting my journey and assisting me in achieving my goals. The tutors that were responsible for taking each class were fantastic as well, they ensured everyone understood the information presented and answered all questions thoroughly, which I found very helpful.
One thing I found the most helpful was the mock exams, they were fantastic in providing that ‘real life GAMSAT’ experience, it’s the only reason I felt so comfortable when undergoing the real GAMSAT.
My mentor Tilly was amazing, she constantly assisted me in understanding concepts, bettering my study methods and assisting me in times of distress. If it wasn’t for her pushing me to be my best and assisting me, I wouldn’t have come this far. She assisted me greatly in trusting my own abilities, and I’m very grateful for that.

After studying with Fraser’s I can say with confidence that my ability in completing each section, particularly S2, has increased after finishing the course. With the help of my tutor, Cooper, who was there along the whole journey and provided me with the criticism I needed to improve, I felt extremely prepared going into the GAMSAT September sitting. If you want to get a head start on your GAMSAT study, I highly highly recommend starting with Fraser's! I started with Frasers to get a jump start to the March 2024 sitting. Honestly the best decision by far. The resources they provide you really help you understand concepts well and what acer is expecting us to perform in the real exam. Additionally the tutors and mentors at Frasers really help with making sure you understand concepts and give strategies to improve!

After making a last minute decision to sit the GAMSAT, I spent three months doing the Fraser's comprehensive course and ended up with results better than I ever could have imagined! The incredible tutors were with me every step of the way and helped me prepare in a way I never could have managed on my own. I can't recommend Frasers highly enough.

I was initially going for medicine and had a few chemistry tutorials which were incredibly useful. Once i decided to not go for medicine i was given a personal meeting with Scott Fraser to help me identify what i wanted for the future and was given a refund for the course. My experience with Fraser's GAMSAT has been excellent thus far. The tutors are all friendly, attentive and supportive and the resources for the program are amazing. The PBLs and mock exams were great tools for preparing me for the skills and endurance required for the actual GAMSAT exam.

I am an older (43 years old) successful medical school applicant from the UK. The hardest part of my journey was passing the GAMSAT. Being an older applicant I did not know anyone who had sat Gamsat and I tried prepping for it myself self for 3 consecutive years, with multiple Gamsat sittings. I was almost about to give up when a facebook friend from Melbourne strongly recommended Frasers Gamsat. I was apprehensive in purchasing the course; as it was expensive. I approached Scott Fraser founder of Frasers, who spend an hour with me during a zoom session, informing me about the course. I was sold and went for the fully compressive course. During the Frasers course I learnt there was an art and skill to GAMSAT beyond my experience of a traditional British education system of rope learning and recall of information for exams. I also realised that the Gamsat required a higher degree of cognition and reasoning, beyond anything I have been taught in my education. Also coming from a non humanities background I realised there was gaps in my humanities knowledge, which with guidance from the expert Frasers section 1 and 2 tutors I was able to bridge.

With the expert guidance from the Frasers Gamsat team and support, I secured my highest GAMSAT score to date, resulting in three interviews and successful offers to study medicine in the UK. My only regret in the GAMSAT process is that I wish I had purchased the Frasers course earlier, which would have prepared me better for GAMSAT to get he score I needed for Med school few years earlier. Better late than never!

Overall I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, support and family atmosphere Frasers bought to my Gamsat Journey. I highly recommend Frasers Gamsat, Scott Fraser and his team!

The online question banks and mock exams I had at Fraser's felt much more like the actual GAMSAT questions than the ACER practice papers. I was able to raise my score above 70 with their help. Dr Scott Fraser is also fabulous to work with, and his years of experience with the GAMSAT is clear. I think the company is especially good at teaching people high-yield strategies to work to their strengths within the GAMSAT, and to address their gaps in a realistic way. The course isn't perfect, but it's pretty damn good!

In short, absolutely fantastic. As a UK national I used Frasers resources and managed to make a great first attempt of the GAMSAT. Not only were they great help but also offer a scholarship (means tested) which was a God send. Can't thank Scott and all at frasers enough. Absolutely fantastic

Fraser's GAMSAT is definitely the way to go for exam prep.

For me, the real standout is the quality of resources and professionalism of tutors. The questions are of real quality and represent the style and challenge of the exam, so much that there are no surprises on the real day. I found that the style was so realistic, that on the exam day the questions used the same logic steps as we had practiced and were so much simpler to follow and answer.

The comprehensive package offered fantastic weekly tutorials, to work through and understand the theory and logic steps behind each problem. Essay practice is always more personal than the science section, and so it the preparation with personalised tutes and amazing writers reading weekly essays!

After comparing with different GAMSAT course providers, I chose Fraser’s, and it’s definitely the best choice! They provided me with a comprehensive and strategic plan for my preparation and prepared me for success.

Being a student from a non-English background, I had no idea how to prep S1 and S2. But my personal tutor for S2 gave me so much guidance, and the course material prepped me well to generate ideas for different themes. Also, S1 and S3 tutors taught me many strategies to tackle different areas of knowledge, stems and question types. I also connected with my personal mentor, who not only guided me through my GAMSAT prep journey but also supported me mentally and gave me advice on the whole application process. The mock exams and personalised analysis of those were really helpful in identifying my strengths and weaknesses.

This might be your best decision to take one of the GAMSAT and interview courses at frasers! I have been a comprehensive gamsat student and I also took some interview classes with them. They give you all the skills and confidence you need for getting into Doctor of Medicine!

I can recommend Fraser’s from my personal experience dealing with the organisation for the past 4 years. As a result of undertaking the Fraser’s programs and interview preparation, my two children were able to secure interviews for medicine admission, with one of them started direct-entry undergraduate medicine this year. Fraser's is definitely worth the rave and $$, with all the tutors showing a genuine interest for their students wellbeing and success. Frasers not only helped me improve my overall percentile score by 20% but undeniably changed my worldview. Also a special shout out to Sideek for being the best S2 tutor; he always went out of his way to help his students improve as writers whilst never failing to make them laugh at least once. My section 2 score improved from a 62 to a 76 thanks to him.
