Worst pizza shop I’ve ordered from anywhere. Tasteless pizza. Delivery times well underestimated. You think after 1 complaint you’d make sure you’d not get another. Excuses were weak. Couldn’t give me free pizza from this place. If only 0 stars were an option.

Pizza's were good but delivery driver had shoved the garlic bread in so badly it was basically a pancake when it arrived.

One of the good pizza place. Staff was friendly and Pizza was nicely done with good amount of topping.

I would have given 5 stars on the pizza alone which by the way was one of the best I've had for a while but then I ordered the lasagna but instead all I got was half a container full of lasagna sheets and oil. It was digusting. I'll never eat the lasagna again.

Dough thick and really bread like. Lacking seasoning, just pretty average all round. Service was good

Pizzas arrived hot & well before the time that was allocated, but the delivery driver (Dylan) was the star arriving with a smile.

So disappointing.
Pizzas were dry and lack of toppings.
I counted 8 halves of olives equalling 4 olives on my entire capriciosa pizza.
I doubt that the small pieces of mushrooms even made up one mushroom all together on the whole pizza.
Cheese - where was it?
Hardly any sauce.
However, the pizza did have enough ham.
After buying pizzas from here for 20 years since it was Godfathers', this is the very last time I will eat from Frankies.

These guys pizza is on point everytime.

Tonight they forgot something small I rang just to let them know and say don't worry about it. They were out at my home within 5 minutes to drop it off and apologise.

Beautiful pizzas, thin base, not oily at all, fresh ingredients and never loaded with cheese. Delivery comes timely and pizzas are hot. The delivery lady we had tonight was very friendly. Best pizza in Sunbury, no competition.

The meal tonight is very disappointing. As you can see from the photos, the veal schnitzel is dry and burnt to a crisp. It’s such a turn off. I don’t think we will be ordering from this place for now. The meat came in three separate pieces, makes me wonder if they came from three different left-over plates.
Spoke to the Manager who offered a replacement meal however given an hours delay in receiving it and with no apology or indication that we would receive an improved product, we were extremely reluctant. The Manager and cook should be ashamed!
Our advice - order from some other vendor!

Best pizza. Dont bother with the rest, I only go here for pizza (I believe the pasta id great too)

Very poor customer service, i asked for a hawaiian pizza and received a chicken pizza.when i asked to return the pizza they said they aren't allowed to

1st time tried there Traditional veg. & Gourmet Tandoori veg.and both of these pizzas were super delicious, I'll reckon frankly Franky's pizza to everyone

Food never arrived. Called the store, only to be informed that it was here and that we weren't telling the truth. Hubby repeatedly expressed that it wasn't here and the guy on the phone continued to argue that he was wrong. I phoned them also and spoke to another person (maybe owner) who began by telling me that their drivers have been there two years and it would have delivered. 10 minutes later, a driver turned up.apparently our food was lost with another driver stuck in fog. He delivered it almost an hour and a half past the time we ordered it. Next time, try listening to your customers, communicate with your drivers and control your mouthy staff members. No more business from us. Muppets. Was better when Franky owned it!

Have been looking for a good old school pizza place since moving to the area and sure have found it now! Great value, great taste and awesome delivery!

Ordered via Menulog, food never arrived, called up they are Adamant it was delivered, I’m now at Maccas because the food was never delivered. They also will not provide proof of the delivery. There’s a particular car that was out the front, simple this car was out the front would suffice, but nope they claim no one answered, and they left it, who ever got our food enjoy!

What has happened? Used to be one of the best pizza places in sunbury! Have they changed owners? Pizza may as well be cardboard

Closes early than advitisd and a lot of the time has no delivery drivers maby should stick to making curry

Ordered a hot n tasty pizza looked like a half and half no salami and cheese and just thick with ham never again.
