They have no respect for the people who live near them. Particularly on the weekend when noise levels should be kept to a minimum until at least 7am

Got our first delivery of garden soil (6x4 trailer worth) this morning. Very pleased and surprised at the price, less then $80 including delivery.

I had mulch delivered yesterday morning the delivery guy was awesome/helpful

Went on the website and requested a quote. No answer. Proceeded to email them and finaly got reply with a quote, replied right away to the email wih the quote to proced and book them. No answer. Follow up email sent and again no answer. Just really appears like you are not interested in making sales. Customer shouldn;t need to constantly follow you up. I ended up going with a competitor instead.

Displays of exposed aggregate poor condition - very tired, hard to determine what the new product would look like. Apparently they are upgrading soon so should improve.

Given a hot load due to truck not working properly. No follow up to see how the job went concrete went off so fast that we got a cold join crack. Not happy.

From using these guys with a weeks notice down to “I’m desperate for some rock tomorrow” the guys down at Frankston soil go above and beyond to help out. Will be using this service for years to come

Absoultey the worst to deal with, had a cracked windscreen from one of there trucks that cut me off on the Monash and had a rock come off the back of one of your trucks, then to be told I was driving to close when that wasn’t what happened at all.
Had the call multiple times to follow up my report and then be told they had sand on and spoken down to because I was a female.
Had to pay $220 out of my own pocket to fix it because they couldn’t own that there truck caused the damage.

Frankston Sand and soil had absolutely disgusting service asked a few workers there for help no assistance whatsoever and after we bought the crushed rock + rio which equaled out to$120bthey continued to try charge $350 what a disgusting business too which the worker replied with good work for keeping up with the price

What a delightful company to deal with. Concrete was on time and at the slump we requested. The Norman mix exposed aggregate came up beautiful, very tight and no inconsistencies. Customer was very happy and I thank the team at fss for their imperative roll in a professional job well done.

Perfect. Great advice. Incredibly quick delivery (which I required). 15 minutes and the truck wasn't even back when I ordered. Awesome. This is my first review for anyone.
