Through out the whole process, expereinced fantastic customer service and communication from the team, couldn't be happier.
Purchased a Sportage GT and found the sales team very good (Tania). We then met Car Care Manager Raff, who we purchased some after market accessories from. Raff treated us very respectfully and politely throughout our dealings and negotiations and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

Got the call to pick up our new Sportage, met at the showroom by Sciantel from Frankston Kia who made us feel special, then proceeded to spend the next hour running through the operation of the new car which was excellent. We could not be happier with the attention and care shown by Sciantel and the rest of the team
Daniel was excellent throughout the buying and delivery process, really taking time to introduce me to the cars features, servicing requirements etc, and always prompt on email replies. Highly recommended.
Don’t even bother going to Kia Frankston. Consider Kia Southland if you are looking for a Kia.
My recent experience was not up to the mark. Being of medium height, I was conflicted about choosing between the Cerato and the Celtos. Thus, I was keen to check them out at Kia Frankston. When I went there, the salesperson seemed uninterested and was hesitant to let me test drive. His reason was that they didn't have the base version or the exact version I was looking for. I understand that the engines might be different, but they could at least allow a test drive of the top-end version of the same model for a feel of the comfort and space. It's hard to explain, but we felt unwelcome, and it seemed like the salesperson wasn't really interested.
Take this as feedback and atleast allow them to take to the car.

Absolutley horrible service, car takes FOREVER to get done and never washed. Last time I was there I was handed my keys and shown the door in absolutley pouring rain only to find my car was nowhere to be seen, had to go to some gravel carpark out back, full of huge puddles, to get to my car - oh yeah, I was with my 6 yo child as well so we both had to navigate this in the pouring rain. Honestly this place is hopeless - go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
I am the most luckiest guy to meet Kevin Goodman from Kia Frankston as to me all stars were always aligned & what a gentle man with the highest order not pushy & was so helpful with notice. No one home, whats going on? I know we have to wait for cars for 6 to 12 months but where are the sales team? Ended up walking out. Theres only so much TV you can watch
