I had a great experience with Frankston Hyundai. They have ample stock of all the models. There is no need to wait for months. My sales consultant Jill Smith was wonderful, the entire process was smooth without any follow-up. Special thanks to Leanne for super quick delivery process. I woukd recommend Frankston Hyundai.
I went in knowing that the car I wanted was high in demand and wait times could be very long. Jill was wonderful throughout the whole process, keeping me informed of every new development with my car. From the moment it had a vin, to the moment it came into Australia. She was always happy to help with any further questions I had.

Very disappointed with the purchase of my car (Hyundai Palisade) in October 22, since day one getting out of the dealership have been facing a warranty issue the frustrating part is the dealership and Hyundai kept saying it’s just a calibration issue which until now after 5 visits is not fixed. While the matter is escalated to Hyundai who have acknowledged there is a warranty issue with front camera which needs to be replaced and refitted with a resin I am still waiting to hear back but the dealership has been very poor with communication basically no attempt unless I call. While I understand issues like this happen customer service is something the dealership lacks once the car is sold and funds hit their account. As a customer your sandwich between Hyundai and the dealership both looking at each other.
The team at Frankston Hyundai were friendly and easy to deal with. From enquiry to delivery Jill our Saleswomen was so Professional and so down to earth genuine. Jill was fantastic, providing constant updates and Mark in finance was friendly and easy to deal with. Without a doubt the BEST service Ive had from any Dealership.

Customer service here is beyond disgusting the cars are extremely dirty you can tell quite a few have been smoked in recently as they stink which the sales rep mentioned the GM smokes and the stock controller not a good look at all. Would not waste your time with these guys.
