Team at Feature Doors have been very helpful and responded to my request for a quote very quickly and offered a fantastic price to install 3 new doors. Great workmanship and when one of the doors needed a little tweak, they came out promptly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service in the Showroom from Julie and great communication. Very happy with the product and Quinton the installer very nice he was efficient and cleaned up when complete. He also had time to touch base on another door I might upgrade. All in all I would highly recommend Feature Doors if you want great products and installation and excellent customer service.

We had our entrance timber frame and door installed by FD& Window almost three months ago. The door itself is good, frame is good too but doesn't look solid enough, and jamb was actually MDF, ugly blue/grey colour, no match with the frame and door at all. My husband pulled it off, bought it Bunnings the proper one and redid it himself. I would have thought that's how it supposed to be if 3 years ago we hadn't had THE SAME job done in our previous house by different company, it was fantastic, super solid frame, all timber, and no gaps. The frame/door installed by FD&W has large gap underneath the door and on the side of the lock. I had to call them and they sent an installer, he put metal plate underneath the door.
I don't know if the measurement guy is to blame or it's their factory's fault but we are not entirely happy with our new door.

We've bought all of our doors here and have had fabulous customer service from measuring in our home to delivery and installation. Quality of products are great and the staff are so very professional and helpful.

Had the chap out he measured up got price, have rung 4 times no replies, chap said he would send paintersphone number to us, never did, we don’t think they want to deal with us but also getting different prices.

Everything was great. The staff on the phone were always very friendly and helpful. Was given good advice from both instore staff and the onsite measurer. Had a very minor issue with the lock after installation.they could not have been more helpful and were out the next day to fix it. Even receipts for payment were issued in just a few hours and emailed out. Just brilliant service as it should be, but is often hard to find!

We were extremely happy from beginning to end with using Feature Doors & Windows. The customer service team were extremely knowledgeable in their products and provided advice without giving off the pushy sales vibe.

They made the whole process of choosing, ordering and installing the door very straightforward, they have their own team do the install - no outside contractors involved. Definitely worth visiting their showroom to meet the team and checking out their range.

The guys did a fantastic job on my front door x surrounding windows, communication was great and they left my place tidy when the job was finished.

I used their service in my old house several years ago and had good experience. So this year we moved and I decided to use their service again -and it's a win second time. Order was perfectly on time despite the current situation with logistics and timber. Installers were professional and quick. Installation was done without any issues. If I go to change any doors in future - I definitely will use Future Doors & Windows again.

Quality doors and the salespeople have exceptional knowledge in door making and materials etc. Julie from the glass making department did a fantastic job on the glass panels and Alex did a great job with the paint. Unfortunately, during installation the installer used the wrong colour paint to do the final touch ups after installation. Further, he didn't just stick to touching up the small nail holes but instead ran his brush along the extent of the architrave before realising he used the wrong colour and stopped This defeated the purpose of paying the extra $2000 to have a spray finish by the professional painter Alex. When we called the sales team to notify them of this they were not apologetic and didn't see anything wrong with the installer running his brush along the architrave and said 'it was general process for the installer to brush finish the architrave'. They were just trying to cover there mistake as it wouldn't make sense to do 4 coats of spray finish only to have an inexperienced installer undo all that hard work. The painter Alex eventually came down and fixed the issue however, again we ended up with a brush finish on the architrave instead of a spray finish as we had asked and paid for. A company may seem great when purchasing products, but is when an issue arises that you realise how good a customer service they can provide. This company was lacking in that regard. Just something to keep in mind.

I started with replacing all internal door, Excellent service, so I then moved to external doors. Again prompt and quality work.

Painter Nimat from Melbourne Pro Painters was recommended for follow up paint work, again an excellent service so much so the job ended up being full interior and exterior house paint

Feature Doors & Windows replaced 2 very sad, worn out doors on my garage. They came and measured up quickly, sent me the quote shortly after and delivered the doors soon after so I could paint them before they were installed. The installation was excellent with all carpentry performed to a very high standard and they cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly have them back and have no trouble recommending them.
