All of the staff are very friendly and Lionel, Otto and Rasheeda do anything and everything they can to help you. I've been going here for 8 years or so. Never had a problem excellent service!

ALL the staff who keep this pharmacy running deserve recognition for the work no-one sees, I go in once or twice a week early and see the homeless kids and young people dropping in for an ice coffee, advice is always there for all, and a smile to go with the outstanding service. All pharmacies need to be like this.

Absolutely fantastic staff and all staff know your name not like some generic pharmacists. Lionel, Sandra Sharon and Sue are so wonderful and Otto the newest pharmacist is just a wonderful addition. I would NEVER go to another pharmacy and highly recommend Frankston compounding pharmacy as your local pharmacy. If they don't have it in stock they'll source it for you at the best price! And have it the next day! Develeped a great relationship with everyone in store and have great advice that's honest and reliable. Would not go anywhere else! 11 out 10.

I have found Frankston Compounding Pharmacy to be extremely helpful and reliable. Whenever I need medications made up the friendly staff take care of my prescriptions and provide helpful advice. I use this business to make up medication for my dog who is on Trilostane. Their communication is great and they are so reliable. Their price is very fair and I am more than happy to travel outside my area to deal with them. Their staff are lovely and I highly recommend them.

Lionel and his beautiful team Especially Sharon and Sandra are like family.
They never judge me, they get my medication ready in advance and they are more than just a chemist. Lionel gives me great medical advice and cares deeply about his customers. You can’t afford today and you’re a regular, he will trust you to pay him back.
Sandra and Sharon will always give you a hug when need be. NO ONE at this pharmacy will question your medication needs even scheduled meds because they know their place and that a Dr has prescribed these for a reason. I refuse to go elsewhere because I do not get treated this well ANYWHERE else. Lionel and his team also often give medical products, food and drink to the homeless or underprivileged without a second thought.
