Frankston Brewhouse reviews
25Great range of beers, Frosty Fruit cocktail tastes like a Frosty Fruit! Food was great, perfect spot for a Saturday arvo beer. Pan was super knowledgeable and happy for a chat. Will be back!
Staff are lovely but the food really needs some work.
Lamb ribs were basically just fat and barely edible. Also had the vego platter, which was mainly bread with not much else.
It was our first time there. It was very busy as there was a singing competition for young and teenage children. So we sat out side. It was freezing not there fault. The food is average I wouldnt be rushing back again a hurry I am sorry to say
A great hideaway brewery within the industrial areas of Frankston, some beautiful core beers that are indeed different from your normal run of the mill breweries; with a bit more flavour backing the beers it definitely followed through to the food and it was comedy night too.
Started off with a paddle of 5: Ambassador Pale, Harold Hop IPA, Pope's Eye Porter, 2 limited releases: the Funkytown Sour and the Arthur's Wheat. Sensational all round with the Porter being the standout; a sweet darkness if you will
Food was next with a spread of the Hot Wings with Blue Cheese Sauce, Beef Sliders, House Favourite: Sauteed Mixed Mushrooms and Soft Shell Crab Tacos.
All beautifully put together with all the flavours perfectly balanced within each other; my mouth and eyes were spiced out then they were melting with goodness then they were intrigued with new interesting flavours then to finish they were curious yet eager to dive in.
To top it all off the comedy was excellent I couldn't stop myself from smiling ear to ear.
All in all its a sensational brewery that all will love with a great divider of the small Brewing room and the taprooms, definitely head on down and get yourself a plate and a pint!
We had a family celebration lunch here on Sunday. Not only was Tabitha an absolute delight to organise everything with, the venue was absolutely perfect and the food was delicious! And the live music was so much fun for everyone, even the kids got up and had a bit of a dance! Looking forward to coming back again.
