Having dealt with Frank Security Doors and Flyscreens a few times now, i would definitely use their services again. Just recently had a Front Security Door and Flyscreens installed for my Uncle's Birthday. Frank was very straight forward to deal with. Prices were in range with other businesses queried, and he was also able to install the door framing for me in quite a tight space. The quality of the security door is really nice, and the colours matched beautifully (very helpful for council requirements). The quality of the door closer installed is something I would have preferred to upgrade had I thought of it, or if any options had been offered (so for any prospective customers, might be worth discussing whether possible during the initial quote) but it gets the job done - just feels a little flimsy and requires two hands to get the door to stay open on its own. However, overall very satisfied.

After nearly 3 years, I experienced a problem with my triple lock security door. Despite being well out of warranty, Frank had a staff member come out, replace the lock and solve the issue, all without charge. Exceptional after sales service
