Frankies reviews
70The service was really quick, and my food came out just as fast. My hot chocolate had a nice flavour and was hot enough. My ham and cheese croissant was a little overcooked, though.
Thank you Tessa for a sensational lunch! You went above and beyond for our table, and I appreciate the quick service! Will definitely be going back!
I had a Chocolate Oat Milk Shake with a friend this week. It tasted very chemical and really wasn't very nice at all. I only got through half of it. I started to feel unwell. Paid and left. I wanted to throw up and felt sick for an hour. I got home and it went straight through me, if you know what I mean.
I don't know what was wrong with their Oat milk?
My friend had a caramel skinny Milk shake and she was fine. She enjoyed hers very much.
Always love frankies. Have been here several times and am never disappointed. Food is delicious and big servings
I try to visit Frankies whenever I am through this way. The coffee and food never disappoint.
Ordered the calamari salad, kids ordered chips. Calamari was soggy and salad was all mushy, chips weren't cooked enough. Customer service was good though. Expected more for the price
Atmosphere was great, the service excellent and the food very good. We had a table of 16 and the staff were very attentive and our service prompt and correct.
The smoothie qas great. The breakfast $15 brioche was unattractive, dry and totally unappetising.
Pure chance stop for family on jaunt to a location further on. Good reception, good food and swift departure as on the clock.
This place was highly recommended, so we came here for breakfast and were pleased by how big the place was and how accommodating the staff was for walk-in customers.
We ordered the Brekky Burrito ($ 20), House Hotcakes ($ 23), and flat white coffee.
The hotcakes were by far the best I've ever had! A stack of 3 fluffy pancakes served with raspberry sorbet, chocolate & vanilla ice cream, sweet nut crunch, kiwi, mixed berries, and sprinkled with raspberry dust, topped with maple syrup. Everything about it was oozing with flavour and the perfect sweetness.
That wasn't the case with the Brekky Burrito, as the house beans used were very bland, which unfortunately ruined the taste of what could have been a good Mexican breakfast.
They serve excellent coffee, and the service is super friendly.
I will come back again only for the hotcakes!
I gave it 3 stars purely for the 3 great coffees we had, our brunch on the other hand I can’t rate, we all had the brioche with bacon & egg, I think a 5 year old could have slapped it together better, it had one lump of tomato chutney on the side, an over cooked fried egg & bacon that was too hard to chew, the whole thing was so dry & tasteless - very disappointed!
Honestly a bit confused why this place is always so busy.
Very generic tasting food. Expensive pricing. And inconsistent tasting hot drinks.
I love that Warragul has a venue as fun as this, but every time I go there I just feel underwhelmed
Nice area to sit outside and enjoy your meal.
It wasn't obvious if we needed to go inside and order or not so we had to go and ask - but there is table service and it was pretty good after that.
The food was all tasty and seemed fresh so no complaints there.
Went to this restaurant today and a lady came to the table who could not speak or understand English, got a few orders wrong! Not being racist but maybe she shouldn’t be doing waiter service. Food was fantastic and fast!
Have been here many times Got there at 9 for dine in breakfast. Was not busy at all which I was surprised about. Ordered our breakfast and coffee straight away. Waited 50 minutes with still nothing. Turns out the order was never put through. We just left.
Absolutely terrible table service wait for ages
I get they are busy but customer service
Great service, quite noisy with a lot of people, and sorry to say very expensive for breakfast.
This place is always busy and popular and deservedly so. All the workers are so kind. The food smells, looks and taste amazing! And the accommodation for celiac was perfect.
Not the very best, food always arrives late and cold. Worse part is when they take your order and forget to place the order through. Coffee ok.
We stopped in at Frankie's mid morning after trying to find somewhere to have breaky. New to the area and only visiting, Frankie's was perfect! We arrived and were seated not long after, we ordered and waited 30-40 mins for our food, which was fine - we were in no rush. They were super busy, being a Sunday morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. My partner and I ordered the Avocado toast with the beetroot hummus and oh my god was it good. We both agreed it was easily the best one we have had! Hopefully we will be back again when we return to Victoria in the future.
