Accompanied a couple of my workout buddies for a coffee. Very polite staff and my coffee was very palatable. Will have to call in with my other half for a snack next time.

Frankie’s need to make a decision- are they running a disco or cafe? The volume of the music is deafening and any attempt to have a conversation is lost. Walked out after 5 minutes and won’t be back, unless ear muffs are provided.

Overrated and overpriced! Menu is bland and staff don’t have very good customer service skills. Was sat down recently and wasn’t given a menu till about 10 minutes after. Food has no flavour and the menu is minimal. Asked for an iced coffee and received this dirt tasting iced latte. Staff in the kitchen are also not using gloves and touching every single bit of food that goes on the plate. $70 for two drinks and two meals is daylight robbery when you can get a lot more for a lot less somewhere else.

Disappointing, I ordered hard pouched and got runny, got soggy halloumi and had to wait 15 minutes for them to correct the order and the upon delivery the bread was cold and hard

Nice place at Pakenham Lakeside for both breakfast and brunch. Just a heads-up, found pretty busy on a Saturday around noon.

Staff was extremely rude, food presented to me was atrocious. Did not taste good at all, will never come here again

BLT was so yum. Has been the last two times too lol! Thanks guys for serving such fresh, tasty food so quickly. You're really doing a great job.

I ordered a vegan BLT and it had been cut with the same knife a chicken and pesto sandwich and there was chicken and cheese in my sandwich. I'm not vegan but I am lactose intolerant and got an instant, painful reaction.
I requested mushrooms be added to my sandwich and the mushrooms weren't cleaned (I had grit and twigs in the mushroom) and the stems weren't trimmed.

We had also purchased a "gluten free" muffin and coffee a few days before and my colleague who is coeliac had a significant reaction and was sick for the next couple of days. When I brought this up with the staff member at the front counter, she replied "if it says gluten free, it's gluten free, she probably reacted to something else".

Not happy. Allergies are real and they can't be ignored. People don't just order vegan or gluten free options because they're trends. We have serious reactions and some have anaphylactic reactions that can kill them. Do better.

Fairly average price for the meal size served,
Food was quite impressive, best pakenham cafe for food hands down.
Although the restaurant was extremely loud, there was an undeniable amazing family vibe to the cafe.
The young man who served us was lovely and definitely made up for the disappointing service we received from the other lady we got served by, basically threw our cutlery at us and made us feel like nuisances to be serving which was quite disappointing.
Would definitely recommend for a weekend breakfast option!

The way the barrister spoke to his young staff member today (2pm) on the register was appalling, he berated her for getting a coke which I ordered I’m full view of other customers because she could’ve been in his way.treat your staff better if you want to keep them around.

Love the place, service is very good and first time. What i ordered was delicious would try again next time but dinner

Nice place to grab a quick lunch after shopping around that area. Friendly staffs and nice coffee. Food was good but could be better.

If you say you are open till 3 pm and refuse to serve someone a take away coffee at 2.15 then you should change your close time to 2.15

Had brunch outside. Customer service was great. Unfortunately the brekki burrito was really bland. Coffee was bitter and luke warm. Normally it's much better. Will try again. Hopefully just an off day. Staff were really nice.

Had a date here and couldn’t recommend more! Friendly and quick service with delicious food and coffee. Definitely coming back

Sitting here, sipping my frappe with my best friend and shovelling chips in our mouths. I have to say, the quality of these cardboard straws are like nothing I have ever seen before.
They are sturdy and even with the slightest pinch of the straw when it is used it does not bend or fold in, unlike Maccas. The sauces are also incredible and the seasoning on the chips are the best I have had in a very very long time. 17 years long time.
10/10 would recommend

Every time I come in and/or past, you guys are always busy and for good reason. Coffee and hot chocolates are to die for and the food is delicious! Keep up the good work
