I am often recommending Frankie 4 shoes to my patients (I am a podiatrist) for supportive footwear that also has the option to be "orthotic friendly" if required. While trying to set up my account, one of my shopping bag items became out of stock. I emailed staff and then rang to see if they may have the item at another store of location and they sure found me one at their pilot stores and sent it right over. Thanxs a Million. Frankie4 has amazing customer service and even better footwear. For the first time in years my feet didn't hurt after walking all day or even just going to the shops. The customer service was absolutely amazing! I needed size 12 shoes for a wedding (which is a hard task in itself). I spoke to Lauren over the phone and she was extremely helpful; very clear communication and had the patience to explain what shoes were in stock. Once in store, Taya was lovely in helping me fit my shoes; she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I have been to many, many stores over the years and this store by far has exceeded my expectations. I will 1000% be shopping here again!
